These ladies know their job
. First they great you when you walk through the door. They remembered my dog and talked her and petted her.
Second. They know what i was talking about and listened to my concerns.
Third they helped me with the dog food, snd even offered to take it to my car for me
I recommend this veterinary to anyone
If you visit this office you wont be sorry.

I definitely recommend West Mountain Veterinary Hospital, especially Dr. Nelson. I am so grateful for West Mountain Veterinary Hospital - Dr. Nelson and her team were amazing to work with. My dog had a puncture/bite wound from another dog from the night before. We had a terrible experience at the urgent care, and West Mountain Vet was so gracious to fit us in the following morning (I called about 10 vets in the Utah County area, and they were the only ones willing to take a walk-in. I get that's kind of how walk in's go with vet's but was super grateful they would see him - even with him being

Brace yourselves for this one.
My dog caught her dewclaw on the carpet and it was sticking out sideways. When I called WMVH they said one of 3 things would have to happen: 1) If it's not broke too high, they can cut off the broken end of the nail. 2) If it's broken further up, they'd have to remove the dewclaw (like ripping off a toenail). 3) If it's infected, they'd have to do a procedure to remove it by the root. She needed to be examined to determine what had to happen.
After checking her out, Dr. Evans said he needed to take her back to remove the toenail. So off

I have to give them a shout out for good service. I take all of my dogs and puppies to them and they have been amazing to work with. So professional and their front staff always help me load my puppies into my car which goes beyond their duties in my opinion. They have saved me tons of money for things I thought were an emergency according to different vets but these folks know their stuff and quickly tell me "that's a waste of money, this naturally works itself out" sure enough I panicked for no reason and whatever my dog experienced (swallowing a sock or small amount of ant bait) was easily remedied

I'd also give them a 0 star rating. Twice they quoted my wife a price, then charged her almost double after the process!
They up sell and make you believe you need to do more than you really do.
Since my wife is non confrontational she just went with it, paid and didn't argue.
Despicable to have some who is suppose to be a professional act in such an unprofessional manner!!!!
I'll never let my wife return!!!

Thank you for your compassion and service. I recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone who cares about their animals. Thank you Dr. Evans for being honest and upfront with me about the prognosis of my pet. Everyone there is kind and considerate, and more than once has fit me in, in an emergency. This is a very professional and clean place; your compassion, honesty and knowledge is what keeps me coming back. Thank you Mel! â¤

If I could give them 0 star I would. We literally stepped in the door for a spider bite, they wanted to charge us $550 plus to treat him and $70 just for exam fees. The vet did even evaluate my animal or ask a history of what happened. Just diagnosed him with cheek grass and gave us an estimate. Isn't it ridiculous that vets like this take advantage of our love for our animals?! If he would've listened, he would know that this is been going on for two weeks, that my dog responded to Benadryl but the lump came back because it had abscessed. It just needed to be drained.
