Master Christopher Man-Son-Hing began martial arts training at the age of six in Guyana, South America, his native country. Thanks to a strict upbringing, his parents felt he needed more discipline and enrolled him in Shotokan, Japanese Karate.

The Man-Son-Hing Martial Arts academy is family owned and operated. Every instructor is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive martial arts training. They do this with integrity and excellence, while offering individualized attention to each student. The results are happy students and parents, who love the special attention they receive from our staff.
I love it! My son has the best time ever Master Chris and Wife is now Family I highly recommend to everyone! This program is designed for children ages 3 to 5 years. Our instructors are experts in children's programs. MSH Martial Arts Academy understands that children at this age have a short attention span. This program is specialized and is taught at a 25% learning pace for a greater comprehension and 100% retention for the child.
Intended for ages 6 and above, the children's after school program is designed to develop self discipline, self confidence and leadership skills. These classes are fast paced and fun, but very structured. The program includes a variety of drills and techniques taught in each class to help kids develop physical and mental skills.
