We are so grateful for the staff at PVV—our dog loves going to day camp every day. The staff is kind, responsive, thoughtful, and intelligent. We are thankful daily that our sweet girl gets to enjoy the company of such wonderful and fun staff and dog friends!

The folks here are super friendly and helpful. We started seeing Dr Underwood when we adopted a 20 year old cat knowing that her kidneys were bad and we'd basically be making her comfy and happy until the end. The staff here were great about getting our sweet Betty on a prescription diet with samples to see what kind she liked best. They taught me how to administer subcutaneous fluids so that Betty could stay hydrated at home without us having to take her in every week. She's since passed and we've now adopted a younger more spry cat. We just made our appointment here again, and Lexi at the desk

They denied my dog health Care they took him off of his client record tried to pull my name off of his client record in the midst of a civil dispute that hadn't been decided by the court. Decided with my girlfriend in the dispute and through court she lost and they still won't accept my dog back as a patient. They declined my dog medical care. I believe that makes you a joke of a veterinarian. This veterinarian hospital should not even be in business

This place is very hard to get appointments. They take great care of our pets. If you have any issues you have a two to three month wait for your appointment. They will tell you the have a daily lottery. But after trying for three or four weeks daily, you will give up regardless of how many years of being a customer. Keep in mind all vets in the area lack staffing as there are not enough in the area. Prior post by staff talks about suicide in the vet industry. Please do not think something happened at this vet. We took it the wrong way too. Every company is having major staffing issues and stress

This is a friendly vet until you need to be seen. Kennel cough? They direct you to call the emergency vet. Dog needs an X-ray? You need to wait 3 months, or call at 8am for one of the few coveted emergency spots. Need to speak to a vet? Good luck. However, the technicians will gladly take you money for anything they can do, such as shots and blood draws. So if that’s all you need, great, friendly vet. Just pray nothing happens to your pups!

We are new here and finding the right vet during Covid was challenging but after getting this vet recommendation on Next Door, I decided to try them. I couldn't be happier! The staff is friendly, their communication is fantastic. Not the cheapest place, but I am happy to pay more for great care.

Nice people but on the expensive side but most independently owned Veterinary offices are. Talented veterinarians and have their own on-site doggie daycare and grooming.

If I don't consider cost they are excellent. They were very proficient and were very good at keeping my dog calm while examining, giving shots and clipping nails

They were able to see our ailing dog in a very short period of time. A sign outside gave us explicit instructions and the folks there were kind and helpful. Little Ruby got a full exam and we were given detailed information about how to care for her. Highly recommended!
