I worked with Kim for the first time not knowing much about the real estate process and market here in AZ. She was flat out amazing and connected me with all the right people I needed to talk to to get pre qualified and was able to always drop what ever she was doing to go meet us at a house we wanted to see and made herself available to me at all times which was amazing! Kelli and Kim are the absolute best! They go above and beyond to help with your needs in buying a home. We moved here from out of state , and we had some bumps in the road while purchasing our home. They truly care about their clients and do not think of you as just a paycheck. It has almost been 4 years and they still make it a point to say hello, and invite us to events they have for current and previous clients. When buying or selling a home there can be stressful moments especially when trying to coordinate a date to close to please both the buyer and seller AND I was buying a property out of state that added to the process. Kim communicated with me and the buyers and their agent throughout the process and made for a smooth transaction.

Kim did not disclose to me that her brother in law's mother was the owner of the property that she had listed. She denied it twice, then later admitted it to me when I asked her point blank what I had found out.
Kim never showed up to the closing even though she picked the date and time and represented both myself the buyer, and the seller.
She told me initially that the water main located next to the property was inactive but it was active.
Kim scheduled the septic tank company to come out to perform a perc test for the seller of the property while she knew I was going to be out of town. I
