Our trainers are fitness professionals dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. While we use a group fitness model, our instructors are trained to help each member get the most out of their workout.

They provide the motivation we all desire, the instruction necessary to ensure safety and any modification needed to allow everyone to benefit from their workout. These trainers hold you accountable on a whole new level.

My passion is to help others find a love for fitness and live a healthy lifestyle. I love to motivate and work as a team to meet our goals. I have not always been a fitness instructor. But once I found the spark that comes from leading a group of passionate people, I was hooked. For me, it's not when you find fitness.

I was so nervous to join a gym, but after just one class I was all in. The Sweatmood trainers got me in shape quick, and pushed me beyond anything I thought I was capable of. The classes combine the perfect amount of strength training with weights, and cardio. I gained confidence that I hadn't felt in years. Sweatmood is an amazing locally-owned HIIT and Indoor Cycle. Amazing people and personalized attention in a group environment. The best of the north bay!! Every class is different and the trainers are very motivating

I have been working out here since May and haven’t looked back. Such a supportive environment, clean facility and different classes/trainers so it never gets boring. Signing up for classes helps keep my accountable and plan out my week.

Love Sweatmood. I've been coming here a few days a week since April and I love every trainer here. Attitude and atmosphere is amazing. I've enjoyed every single workout. They really know how to kick your butt and keep you focused on your goals. Thanks sweatmood team. You guys are awesome.

A supportive environment where anyone can workout regardless of age or ability. Kari and her trainers take your level of skill and any injuries very seriously and provide a safe modification for all exercises. I’ve worked out at many places and with different trainers and this is by far my favorite place! All the trainers are wonderful and the support by the “team” environment is the icing on the cake!

2 years ago I was brought to Sweatmood Fitness! Middle Aged and unfit.
I have never been an athlete or worked out on a regular basis.
Kari Cinnamon has created a group fitness environment for All levels! The encouragement and support that I have received has made all the difference! I went from a couch potato to being the fittest I have ever been at 52 years old!
If I could say one thing it would be . Don’t wait until your fit, Just start! I am so glad I did and if I could do it , I know you can!!!

If you are even thinking about getting healthy, fit and strong! Please don’t wait another day!
I am 51 years old and I feel stronger and more fit then I did 20 years ago! I have lost over 50 pounds and am still going down!
Kari Cinnamon has created an amazing environment of welcoming support for All levels!
Herself and the other trainers at Sweatmood believe in you the minute you walk in the door.
No matter how out of shape , never had been an athlete ( like myself), they will train you to get stronger and stronger every time!
It takes hard work and consistency and it is Sooo worth it!

I've been a member at Sweatmood in Santa Rosa for a couple years now. I'm not a big review writer, but this place----THIS PLACE---is a total game changer! (Can't believe I've not written this sooner!). I've never been one to work out in any consistent or strong way. But the trainers here have a very special spark that ignited an athlete in me! My favorite classes are Hiit training and indoor cycling classes, neither of which I'd ever done before. That's okay, they helped me to learn how, and also to move so I wouldn't injure myself. There's also loads of rockin' tunes in a darkened space which
