High price for zero service. Spent a couple thousand dollars on a basic tax return and literally never even had one meeting to discuss our taxes. I've never heard of such a thing. We just sent in documentation and never heard a thing or got any helpful information. Worst experience I can recall having had with any service provider for anything, personal or professional.
