1. One hour discrepancy between notified appointment time and "actual" appointment time. Only (repeated) response was, "We have you down for x." Only remedy offered was reschedule.
2. Not handicap friendly! Handicap access ramp is at the very rear of the building opposite the main entrance necessitating long walk down an external wrap-around porch to front door. Alternative is five steps up from parking lot at front entrance. One more step up from porch level to enter.
