On behalf of our staff, we consider it an honor to journey with children and families during the early years of childhood.
Bel Air Preschool partners with families for the duration of their child's educational career. We work closely with parents and LA's best private and public schools to ensure children are placed in the best possible environment where they will continue to thrive. Because we believe so strongly in helping families choose an elementary school that will best fit their child, diversity is represented in the schools where our children matriculate.
We are so grateful for our families that support the mission and advancement of Bel Air Preschool. Because of generous donors we are able to create new spaces of learning, enhance our curriculum, ensure our staff receives wonderful professional development, and offer tuition assistance. We invite families to partner with us as we enhance the preschool experience for each and every child.

We love Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool. We have two kids who have gone through / are in the program: one who completed her TK year and is now in public Kindergarten, and a three year old currently enrolled 3x per week. The teachers are incredible; very qualified, loving but also intentional about preparing the kids to learn in an elementary setting eventually. And, the parent community is fantastic. We attended another preschool before BAP and the difference in teachers, experience, community is night and day - BAP is hands down one of my favorite things about living in Los Angeles. I would highly

There are a lot of good preschools but Bel Air Preschool is something really special! From the warm and welcoming community they cultivate to the level of commitment and dedication in preparing each child for the next step - I have seen nothing quite like it. They are an NAEYC accredited school which alone makes them impressive but they also ranked in the top 25% of school portfolios nationwide! Their program is very well structured and  thorough, the educators phenomenal, and their Director Jillian is absolutely amazing! Jillian is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of education and child

My son attends Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool and we have LOVED our first year here. I don't know how the school was run before the 2017-2018 school year, however, the new director of the preschool (Jillian) is absolutely amazing. I have an older daughter and we attended three other preschools, but Jillian has by far been my favorite preschool director. Most mornings she can be found standing out front, welcoming families as they arrive to school with a warm smile and greeting. Her positivity seems to trickle down throughout the rest of the office admin and teaching staff, and we've loved

Working for BAPP has been such a blessing in my life. The environment is beautiful, the other staff is friendly and very knowledgeable in the field and the administration is supportive and very involved. Class sizes are small and provide children the opportunity to drive their learning. There are 3 playgrounds with a variety of natural elements for children to explore. Teachers are very intentional when planning curriculum and it shows through the growth of the children they serve. God is the center of BAPP and the children learn very early that they are very special to their parents, teachers

Our little one has attended BAPP since he was three months old and we have not witnessed ANYTHING like the comments I read below. And no, no one asked for my two cents but here it is any way. I can't speak for what maybe occurring at the other levels but my family has received nothing but love here.
The ladies in the classrooms appear to be happy and my little one loves coming to school. Further, the parents I've met here are actually interesting, fun and friendly. Most seem too busy with life to get caught up in the madness that surrounds LA private school. They want the same thing

We've had our kids at Bel Air preschool since 2012. My youngest is now in their younger preschool age group (Avocados) for the 16-17 year.
On their website you'll find the mission, vision and values. In my experience they live up to these well so if they fit what you're looking for in a school; you may have found the one.
A previous reviewer suggested they were overly strict. I haven't found that at all. They really value the preservation of childhood, which was very important to me. Our kids will get pushed academically much harder than I ever was starting as early as Kindergarten

My baby boy is 11 months old and in the infant program at Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool. I could not be happier. The level of care that he receives daily is above any other place that I have ever seen or heard about. I never have any doubt that my child is loved, safe & happy. The teachers are incredible. The other moms and I joke that our kids like the teachers better than they like us. =)
Dropping off in the morning is so much fun because you get to see what they will be playing with that day. I love that they have curriculum and themes running throughout each week - even for the

This preschool is outstanding!! The teachers are amazing. You could not find a more loving or supportive environment for your child. I feel so blessed to have our child here. The parents are great and it's a wonderful community. The saddest part will be when our daughter will have to leave for elementary school. This experience has been so positive and we don't want it to end!

We've had children at Bel Air Preschool for the past eight years. The teachers and program couldn't have been more wonderful. They were very well prepared for elementary school. It is a special place that caters to these little ones in the most loving and nurturing way. I couldn't recommend Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool more highly. We encourage everyone to consider this school for your children.

Unfortunately, I had a really terrible experience with this preschool and their headmaster Andrea. It is clear that their process of admissions is based on the depth of your pocket and your willingness to donate a big-enough check to their school.
I've talked to other moms about this issue (and I know quite a few of them with kids in this preschool) who have admitted to me that they do feel pressured to constantly donate funds for their new building.
I am not new tho the private school system... My two older daughters go to one of the best private schools in LA. But I've never felt

First off and very obvious, a terrible choice of director, no social skills what so ever, or any warmth, or any care towards your child. The whole administration is cold and that trickles down to the classroom. Everyone including teachers is afraid of the director. This is a VERY money driven school. No loyalty or respect to families who really care, support, and volunteer (which is expected), unless you write big checks to them...not very Christian actually. Late drop off is by the minute, this is quite a hassle to get a late pass for being a minute late with your toddler wanting to get to
