I am David Caldwell, a psychotherapist and Clinical Social Worker who works with adults, couples and families. My office is in Reston, VA. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in therapy for individuals and couples. I have a private practice with an office in Reston, VA. As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my approach is interpersonal, supportive and direct. I provide practical feedback to help my clients effectively address their personal life challenges.
PERSONS SEEK therapy when they experience stress, conflict, or emotional pain that cause unhappiness and reduce effectiveness. They are affected negatively by pressures and problems of work, family, and relationships. Satisfying and meaningful experiences with our partners, children, parents, friends and work are pivotal in our lives.
How can I get reimbursed if I don't have one of the above mentioned plans? For those clients with other insurances, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Should you be unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
My office is located on the second floor (Suite 204) of a tall brick building just off the toll road (Wiehle Avenue exit). The address is 1984 Isaac Newton Square, West, Reston, VA 21090. The W&OD Trail also has an opening in front of the of the office park. My office is on the second floor - Suite 204.
