Regain Your Voice Counseling Services

Regain Your Voice Counseling is unique because we offer virtual counseling sessions and specialize in working specifically with women and teen girls going through life transitions, experiencing anxiety, depression and/or past trauma. Women wear many different hats and play the part of many roles in our daily lives and, if there are other challenges that exist, we can feel at our wits' end.

We help women, just like you, regain their voice and feel empowered. We offer all our sessions online, using a HIPAA compliant platform and offer traditional talk therapy, CBT, EMDR, in Virginia and Florida.
