I’m not familiar with auto body and I was looking for a place that would be fast and reasonable due to a deer hitting my front fender. It wasn’t badly damaged but I wasn’t going to drive a newer car with a fender loose. I took my vehicle here and the people who worked here was helpful, reasonable and fast .

Promised 1 date that my vehicle would be ready, I called the day before to be told oh I should've called it won't be ready for another day. I pick up and the work has not been completed correctly. I took it back on another occasion to fix that work for it not to be fixed again, after being told it was. So here it is at the shop again, told it would should be ready on Tuesday. I got a call Tuesday that it would be ready Wendy's and I would be called--to not have received a call up to this point (Thursday morning). The inconsideratation and clearly lies at this point as well as no communication makes

They are awesome here! I have used New Beginnings twice with an insurance claim and they have done great quality work on my Jeep. They kept me updated throughout the process and completed the work when they said they would. I would use this place for any body work I would need even without an insurance claim. Highly recommend!!

My Subaru got hit in a parking lot, ended going with New Beginnings and I must say I'm highly impressed. I came to them for assistance with my aftermarket parts issue and was well taken care of. They understood the importance of my car and the value it holds to me and made sure I was more than satisfied. They do an amazing color match for paint and cant tell the difference unlike a lot of other shops. They breakdown everything done/charged for service with all questions answered. I had a huge gash fixed by them. The paint work is phenomenal. Perfect match of color. No "orange peel". Flawless work. One would never know the dent and gash was there. The work was done in a timely manner. They also polished my rims for product delivery! Very reasonably priced. Gave a discount for cash payment. Would definitely use this Gold Class Certified body shop again. Highly recommended. Lowest prices around. Friendly staff. Keith (manager/ estimator) was super helpful, very nice and pleasant
