I went to get a tire patched, they never took the nail out and two days later I had to take it somewhere else where they took the nail out and patched it properly.. it seems like lately every time I go there they are half working on my vehicle it didn’t use to be like that.* I saw the nail with my own eyes covered by a thin patch when I came home my husband could not understand why the nail was still there . So the nail was never taking out. So I don’t appreciate the lie. It was NEVER taken out and it wasn’t a new nail. Before I even left the grounds I checked it and I thought it was normal

I came in today needing a patch on my tire. They said it would take 45min to an hour. It took them an hour and 15 mins. I drove off 6 miles down the road to have my tire tight on AGAIN.. THE TIRE WAS LOSING PRESSURE. I immediately turned around and waited an additional 30 minutes until they finally took my car to the garage after I had to come up and say hey its been half an hour whats going on?. Im still waiting for my car and it's been 40 minutes now. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME. THEY JUST POKE HOLES IN YOUR TIRES.

If I could give no stars I would. These people are dishonest and money hungry. I went in for a tire repair & they took it upon themselves to do an entire tire replacement without informing me first. The new tire was already on my vehicle & a bill was in hand for me to pay. I told them to take it off and put my donut on & I will go somewhere else & they charged me 10 dollars to put my spare on. I will never go back nor would I recommend this place.

In less than one year my fuel pump needs replacing they charged me $600 to replace last time and they failed an inspection that they passed last year at this time said my car was rusted out so it wasn't one year ago? And happened to replace a fuel pump exactly a year from the last time no that's not right they also listed the owner's name of the car wrong they had Dicky as his name because they used to think that he was an a****** so they put that they're trying to be funny they're just not very professional and they're Liars I will never go there again

My car is regularly taken care of at Hornsby. The staff is always professional with caring personal service from the time I walk in and see Dave and Jeff until the time I check out with Caroline (sp?). My son and I both trusts them with our cars. They go above and beyond and I've recommended them to others who feel the same.

Excellent service! Very accommodating for those "not so standard" requests. I had my car alignment done and needed specific values met for racing that were outside manufacturer settings. They were more than happy to do it for me. I was looking for a very specific set of tires for my car that they did not carry. They told me if I bought them elsewhere, to bring them and they would mount them. I have deep dish wheels and didn't want the wheel weights to show when balancing my wheels. No grief...only "we gotcha covered". This place will not let you down. 100% recommend Hornsby's

I took my car into Hornsby for an alignment and was made aware that I would need new control arms and that having the alignment done would not be wise at this point. I was upset that I needed the work but pleasantly surprised that they put my needs before them making money. I would definitely recommend because of their professionalism and honesty when diagnosing especially if it means they don't get the job at that moment.

I had a leveling kit and new tires installed here and they did a great job!!! They also returned my vehicle back to me within the time frame promised. The staff was professional & helpful and I didn’t get the sense of “how much money can I squeeze out of this customer?” from them. Our business was right to the point with no BS!! Loved that guys!! And if you are a “car person” make sure you check out the cars they have on display.
