Honesty. It's why I keep coming back. I have spent a lot of money here, but why? Because of the plenty of times they charged me little or nothing when the problem was small. When there was a real problem, they were honest and explained it. When there wasn't, they didn't use my ignorance against me. At other car places, something was always "wrong" at every state car inspection. At Bill's, most of my state inspections were just that, an inspection, because my car passed.
