I had such an amazing experience with Erika! I loved that she look her time with my consultation. She asked me important questions about my hair history and my desired look so that she could come up with the perfect treatment plan to help me reach my hair goals. She is super talented and just an overall sweet and pleasant person to be around! I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely love everything about this salon. From the aestetic, to the decor, to everyone just being so kind and welcoming, it was definitely a great experience considering I haven't been to a salon in quite a few years.

Be weary when you get booked with Erica. I read some other mixed reviews about this lady and it seems to be a hit or miss with her. I obviously didn’t get my hair done but I’m writing this review because My wife has been complaining about this stylist for weeks now. Her hair looks dry and cracked to me so I can see why she keeps bringing it up. She hasn’t left a review yet and I doubt she will. I hope I can save you and your husbands some headaches with this review

Long story made short: Don’t book with Erika.
Hi everyone! I’m leaving this because my Yelp review (and many other 1-star reviews) are conveniently missing from that app.
Let me tell you why this salon has a 5-star rating on Yelp. The lounge decor is just totally cute, the shampoo area is adorable, and they also report their bad reviews to get them deleted. That's right, I wrote a review about the experience I had a couple of weeks ago and a few minutes later I get an email informing me that my review was reported as "a conflict of interest" which is just unbelievable! Erika was amazing! I went in desparately needing a color correction and haircut. After a few bad experiences at other salons I was super nervous but Erika nailed it! She listened to exactly what I wanted and was very thorough. Strongly recommend booking with her for a Balyage and/or cut!

I never leave bad reviews but I was really upset with my experience at this salon. I came in for a full head of highlights over my root colour which had previously been slightly bleached so it was in a brassy stage from dark blonde. The hairdresser done the highlights once and when the foils were taken out I told her my hair looked practically the same, she hadn't understood what I had previously explained and had put colour neutraliser or something like that on my hair. I agreed to trying to fix it by re-doing more highlights on the top section of my hair, I've never left a salon feeling upset

Carly is the best! Honestly I'm certain all the stylists at this salon are amazing, I was scheduled with Carly and she did a phenomenal job!
The salon prioritizes quality and is very evidently intentional in their education - both for the stylists and clients. They explain the products, processes, pricing, the whole thing and are able to answer any questions...I was so impressed!
Being in the salon you sense the environment is positive and built around passion. Not just another hair cut or color. So excited to have found this place and can't recommend them highly enough!

I had a fantastic afternoon at Form. Ms. Aly Cushwa did my hair cut, and styled my hair to perfection!! (unfortunately, it was quite rainy that day )
But all of the people that work at the salon are so sweet and great to chat with. The salon was tastefully decorated with a very zen vibe, good music (not too loud, thankfully) and impeccably clean. Everyone wore masks, they have plastic shields up to separate you from the other stylists/clients and you have to use the hand sanitizer and have your temp checked at the door before starting your service. You can feel very comfortable coming here to

I waited nearly a year before I came here for Brandon to cut my hair. I was in the process of growing my dark (not my natural color) hair out because I wanted to make the trip back to blonde. The bonus: I discovered my hair was long enough to donate to an organization that makes wigs from real hair for children. I was overjoyed and happy to oblige. He cut it off up to my chin. I loved it. This was in December 2018.
