The pool hasnt been open an a yr it had a leak. They finally decided to work on it. They are trying to get a loan.
When we had the snow storm last year the residents were there with no power or water and the ones that did stay I personally shoveled the snow and salted the sidewalks for the elderly ladies since the Maintenance people refused to do any of that These seniors were left with extremely dangerous conditions. My mothers Ac fan in her bathroom has gone out 2 took them months to repair but ran her electric sky high and on a fixed income thats ridiculous! we kept getting parts were ordered

We have recently undergone a change in management. Our new Asst. Manager Patricia (Patty) has improved morale very fast. When she arrived her desk was full of work left undone and a lot of questions. She has handled all of this perfectly. She has a wonderful caring personality that we as seniors needed.
We have two new maintenance guys. Their work is superior and handled in a timely manner. They also care about the senior community.

We are under new management again. Lots of changes have been put in place. There is a revolving door. Maintenance has addressed many issues and continues to do so. Our maintenance team is truly fantastic! They respond to issues quickly and competently. Both are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They work well together as a strong team and stay till they have the problems fixed. That is why I was so upset last week when the apt. manager chewed out the maintenance supervisor in the middle of the parking lot. It was horribly humiliating to hear this over 15 minute tirade go on loudly in full public

I moved to Park Manor in September from CA. Not knowing anyone I quickly made friends and feel at home. The maintenance Kevin and Cleo have gone out of their way to help me. The office staff have been gracious and so kind. I am so grateful to have found my new home here in Texas! Thank you to every staff member at Park Manor.
