Since Lindy has taken over as Office manager things are running so much more smoothly. She stays on top of everything and always has a smile on her face. Louie and Davito are by far the best maintenance guys we've had on site in a long time and are quick to get things fixed and do everything they can to handle any and all maintenance issues that arise. With these three people you can't ask for a better, more dedicated team to handle and care for these apartments, property and people and don't get nearly enough credit for all they do. Observing their hard work and perseverance makes all the difference

Most prominent slum-lords in Grayson county.
Management will let your issues (mold, falling hazards, unsecured entries) go unanswered for months, the only time you will hear from your leasing office here is when they’re trying to scam you out of more money.
Would not recommend rats live here, let alone people. Photos attached.

I loved living here. The neighborhood was peaceful, not noisy, no crazy nights, played music with no issues, and ai felt safe the entire time. The small issues were not management issues, they were unavoidable like any other regular/luxury apt. Management did what they could to handle issues and maintenance stayed busy to assure homes were okay. My neighbors in the building across were great!!!! I would definitely move back if for some reason a job brought me back that way. Thank you Easton Parc.

STAY AWAY!!! Extremely loud neighbors and they don't help you AT ALL! On move in all my cabinets bottom and tops were all warped..I went back to them and asked to get them fixed before move in they said No!!! BIGGEST SLUMS IN SHERMAN!!! Flea infestations!!! Water always breaking!!! I've had every room flooded and they don't clean it up!!! DONT MOVE HERE

Hate leaving such a great community, been here for two years and the office staff as well as the maintenance staff were perfect. Good place to live on and the surrounding area has plenty for everyone to enjoy getting out and about. Their on line services are also excellent and easy to navigate. Check them out if you’re in need of a one or two bedroom apartment. Will miss this place
