Creed Canyon Apartments

The apts are open and nice. One of the main reasons I am writing this review is the maintenance team. Quick response, excellent work. They demonstrated an excellent attitude and the interaction with my wife and I is outstanding.

Creed Canyon is one the best apartments to live in. They are so friendly and so nice. This is the perfect home. If you ever need anything or have any problems they are right there to help. We have been here for almost 2 years and we have enjoyed every minute of it. I have currently referred to friends here they absolutely adore it here. There’s a pool, dog park, grills and garages and so much more. I highly recommend living there

I have been living in these apartments for almost a year, and I could not be happier. It's quiet during the day and night which I'm sure most people would enjoy. It's centrally located in the heart of Sherman, so getting to Town Center for those adult errands takes minutes and not hours to complete. Pool, gym, dog park, covered parking, garage parking, washer and dryer provided in every apartment.

Creed canyon apartments have been very helpful with any maintenance issues I’ve had. They responded quickly the same day and my problem was fixed before the night had ended! It’s a very relaxed and laid back place to live. They always try their best to engage with their residents and try to get people involved in activities! They also have a trash collector so I never have to take my trash down my stairs !

Creed Canyon is a great place to live. Me and my girlfriend have lived here for over a year and we absolutely love it. Management is always friendly and helpful and we have never had a problem. The maintenance guys always wave and are always willing to help with any problem. Since the pandemic, then front offices only concern has been the safety of… the residents. Their willingness to make sure everyone is safe is unmatched. They really care for the residents and that meant a lot during one of the most stressful times in a lot of our lives. Creed Canyon has been our home for 2 years now ams we have loved every minute here. Staff is courteous and listens. Maintenance is thoughtful and gets things done in a timely manner. There’s not one thing we dislike about living here. The staff in office and maintenance are amazing. We’ve lived here for a little under a year and hopefully will be many more. We absolutely love it. The amenities are well kept up with. The gym, the dog park, the pool all beautiful and clean. The apartments themselves are spacious and gorgeous. I couldn’t ask for anything else. I currently live here and it’s the best apartments i have ever rented from. Every single person who has helped us, whether it be the front office ladies or the maintenance guys, they all respond quickly and professionally. The sweetest staff. Anytime I need anything or have a simple question I know I can reach out to them without hesitation. If you’re looking for a great apartment complex, Creed Canyon will definitely not disappoint. Plus the apartments are the cutest and provide the most comfort and space. The amenities (dog park, gym, pool) are outstanding and kept very clean.

I’ve only been here a few weeks, but I’m extremely impressed by how well put together this apartment complex is. I’m mostly impressed by the management. My application and move in was very detailed and easy. Courtney is prompt with her communication and made my move in smooth and uneventful.

I’ve lived at these apartments for 6 months now and can say- it’s the best renting experience I’ve ever had! The staff is extremely responsive and quick to help with anything you may need. It’s a quiet complex filled with many friendly neighbors! If you’re looking for a place to call home, I can’t recommend this complex enough.

These apartments are amazing. They do such a great job. Britney is somebody who works in the leasing office and she does an amazing job getting back to me when i need something or if I have any questions. The maintenance is so nice and say hello to us every time they see us. We have lived here for over a year and we love every minute here. My wife and I just upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment after being in a 1 bedroom for two years, the staff is really amazing, understanding and easy to work with! The units are very clean and well taken care of. Craig really cares about each apartment and it’s residents needs for repair and improvements. I highly recommend them and we look forward to growing our family here for a long time!

Creed Canyon is a great apartment community. Courtney in the leasing office is amazing, professional, friendly and made the application process and move in experience easy. They even leave you a super sweet and useful gift when you move into the apartment. The amenities are great from the pool to the dog park, the community is clean and safe and very close to shopping and restaurants. And the maintenance team is above and beyond amazing especially when my dogs locked me out of my apartment on a Sunday morning and the maintenance man came right out to help!
