Craig Adams became my agent approximately 3 years ago. He had just been appointed as a new agent with State Farm.

This wasn’t the average phone call. I didn’t talk to Mr.Adams himself but I spoke with one of his employees. (I think her name was Taya or something like that). Usually, a insurance agent is there to sell you but this conversation was different . The young lady made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Even though I only got quoted, I just appreciate how she was. She was professional, responsive and honest with me. I appreciate the service and hopefully able to transfer later in the future.
