Worst care ever! I was in Emergency for 7 hours, shoved in the hallway before sent to a room to sit in the hallway for over an hour. Over 24 hours in the hospital before seeing a doctor. I have good insurance coverage but sent in financial services to collect $2,000 before seeing a doctor. I asked for my CT scan to be released to me so that I could send to my doctor at home, they refused, told I had to be released first before they would release it, still don’t have it. Many of the staff speak broken English. Some of the nursing staff very unprofessional!

Went to ER for swollen elbow that was very painful. Place was dirty, was put in the entrance way hallway on a bed. The bed had someones pills and a vile of blood sitting under the raised portion of the bed. Was told they would drain the elbow by the physician assistant, that never happened. After two hours a nurse showed up to give me a shot, yet no one told me what the it was or for, no explanation. Told the nurse no one had told me anything, except they were going to drain the elbow. He went and found the PA and he explained that it was a shot of antibiotics. So I get the shot in the busy hallway

It seems like everyone who works at this lab is very professional and personable. They treat us with care and diligence. I appreciate all of them.
The only call I have is on the hospital policy for not providing additional help to do blood draw.
Only one person and a times perhaps two who do this job. The wait is too long many patients are waiting Need more help.

Having surgery performed during the Covid outbreak lead to delays… But the staff kept me company and help me pass the anxious hours leading up to my surgery. The care team in the postoperative area were Also attentive. Like many people in the room I was in a lot of pain and appreciated the quick response to my requests for relief.

What amazing care. I would like to give a big thumbs up to ER Nurse Robert. Made by hallway stay palatable, even got me a sandwich. ER/ICU Kaitlyn who helped me through when my heart attack hit, so many thanks to her for getting me the stent team mobilized. ICU nurse Mia who helped me get out of there (when I asked she talked to the Doctors). Least impressed with Susan ICU Head Nurse who was more concerned with her policies then the patient. Out of all the excellent staff she was the only one I feel the need to mention less favourably (hey I get it why we have rules, but, barking a policy doesn’t

Not entirely sure what is happening with this hospital. A few months ago it was a normal hospital, now it's falling apart. There is no maintenance or cleaning being done in this place. The waiting room for ER has layers over layers or dust. There is no security screening folks who are visiting patients. The back patio is abandoned and filthy. In the room my loved one was in the ceiling had water damage. The floor itself had not been buffed in months. The medical services are at a snail pace. It feels kind of scary to have your loved one here because if this is how the facilities are being kept

My surgery was December 8, 2021. Dr. Goldberg perform carpal tunnel surgery on me. I had an angel in the surgery room who stroked my forehead, my cheek, my arm, and held my hand until I fell asleep. She had a loving gaze and caring ways about her. I’m very pleased with my recovery from the surgery. Dr. Goldberg did a fabulous job. Many thanks!!!!

I responded to an ad offering $99 for an ultrasound and sclerotherapy to treat spider veins. I had had this procedure 3 times before each about 5 years apart so I knew what to expect. The ultrasound was great but the sclerotherapy (injections into the spider vein which causes the vein to shrink pushing out the stalled blood) was very different from prior experiences. First, I should mention my spider veins were numerous but very small and close to the surface.
