Compassionate Healthcare of Florida was formed to provide an alternative option to patients who suffer from chronic conditions that impact their life. Before establishing the Florida Medical Marijuana Program, patients who wanted to treat pain, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, cancer symptoms, seizures, spasticity-or 100 other conditions, had only a few options available to them.
Using cannabis to manage medical symptoms is not a new science; our ancestors took it for centuries. Historians and scientists theorize that marijuana was used thousands of years B.C. for rheumatic pain, constipation, female reproductive tract disorders, and malaria. When combined with wine, cannabis was even utilized during surgical procedures to help anesthetize patients.
Additionally, Amendment 2 allows Florida Medical Marijuana Doctors to certify patients for a Medical Marijuana Card after diagnosing them with "other debilitating medical conditions of the same kind or class." If you don't yet have a diagnosis, but are suffering from debilitating symptoms that affect your quality of life, our doctors can evaluate and recommend medical marijuana for you.

I recently came in to change doctors, and it really couldn’t have been any easier. I was immediately greeted upon entry by the front desk girl Sarah, and she was quick to help me get set up. I think I was there for a total of 15 mins, and the experience couldn’t have been more painless. Definitely glad I found this office, and would highly recommend it!
