We are grateful to work with Gulfshore to care for our parents. Their assistance with every step of the process was transparent and clearly explained. The caregivers provide all the services (meal preparation, shopping, laundry, housekeeping, medication management, etc.) necessary for our parents to remain in their home. We especially appreciated the advice they provided with issues that we didn’t even foresee. Without the professional staff from Gulfshore, our parents would not be able to spend their final years in the home that they love.

When a family member in need of 24 hour care tested positive for covid, Gulf Shore stepped in and took care of managing our needs round the clock with expert care and excellent communication throughout the care period. I highly recommend Cami and her excellent team for dealing with the many protocols surrounding covid and for any other care as well. Highly recommended! Excellent care and communication!

My father was cared for by RNs and CNAs from Gulfshore Private Home Car until it was time to move him into a skilled nursing facility. The RNs and CNAs were readily available and professional, and they were caring and kind. Our case manager, Cami Lewis, was a consummate professional throughout our relationship and would respond to any inquiries quickly and at all hours of the day and evening. Cami was always able to find the proper caregiver to meet my father's needs and requests, and she did so at times with very little notice on our part. I highly recommend Gulfshore Private Home Care.

This agency is fantastic! I called at 2:00 pm and desperately needed a night helper right away. Amanda, the scheduler, listened attentively and compassionately, and literally within minutes I got a call from Genny, the care coordinator. Not only did they meet my immediate needs but they continued to follow up with phone calls to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the care we were getting. We were!!! Every HHA or CNA was outstanding, caring, and professional. I know we were not their only case, but everyone truly treated us as if we were. I cannot say enough great things about Gulf Shores
