We were broken down no one would tow us winter day freezing here but they rescued us and even dropped us off to wait for a ride where it was warm! Helped us by letting us borrow tools the next day! Thank you your a true savior!! Our driver was super courteous and we would def recommend this company anytime day or night!!

Took vehicle in with a coolant leak hoping they could find the source and after a half a day said they can't find it and didn't want to get I to it because it's a VW. Something I feel they could have said up front and I would have taken it elsewhere. A place that deals with VW. *sigh* That's my only experience so far.

Sigh ... starting out my Friday with a flat tire and a dead phone battery was awful - but Festerling's will have me all set and I'll just have to walk the short distance from work to their shop to get the car back later today. :) Have known them all my life - my Dad always used them and they are awesome! Thanks for all the times you were there for me - Jerry - Mark - Arlene - Sherry ... you definitely make my bad days a whole lot better!
