I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to listen! Lol. Frank was so patient and helpful. He helped me through the process of getting the lift, wheels, and tires. I had a ton of questions and I was VERY picky with everything. He never made me feel like I was a bother or wasting his time. Cassie was really sweet every time we spoke and was sure to give me clear instructions on the follow up I needed (which is included in the purchase price already). They got me in quickly, offered a ride if I needed it, and took the time to even send me pictures during my Jeep’s “transformation”. A

We were camping, away from home, and all of a sudden we noticed the tire pressure light on the dashboard. Called Richard’s Tire and he said “Come on over, we’ll get you in before we go to lunch!”
We all piled out and waited on a bench for almost no time at all. My kids got to play with a dog (Bo) so this “inconvenience” made our day even better! Incredible service, so friendly. If I lived in this area, this would be my tire shop!! So grateful!!

Extremely fast, great prices, friendly staff, etc... nothing but positive things to say about this business. Absolutely recommend mechanical service and tires from these guys. Will definitely be my exclusive maintenance facility moving forward, would highly recommend to family, friends, or anyone!
Brake and rotor job came in less than half of other shops quotes ($275 for front and back brakes/rotors TOTAL), didn’t even charge me to fix my rattling muffler. Keep rockin y’all!

I made a appointment to get my tires rotated and showed up 30 minutes early by accident. They were able to get me right in and I was out and back on the road within 12 minutes. The customer service was unbelievably fast and very friendly. I'll continue to use them in the future and I strongly recommend.

Just had a very disappointing interaction at Richard's Tire. I went there to find out how much it would be to change the tires on my car. When I pulled in I realized that they were right next door to Mims restaurant. I hadn't had lunch yet, so I figured I would walk to Mims and order lunch, Mims was very busy, so I figured I could order lunch quickly and walk back over to Richards tire to talk with them while I waited for my food.
