Services
At Armory Massage Therapy, we started with a single vision - to make our clients feel better than they ever have before. We attend to busy professionals who live and work downtown, local athletes, and those traveling through the city who are looking for a reputable, dependable, and well-located massage therapy practice.
By blending a variety of techniques, you will receive a more complete therapeutic massage, crafted specifically for you. This classic form of massage employs gentle techniques on the outer layers of the body to improve circulation, relieve tense muscles, and encourage relaxation. Deep penetration into affected muscles increases circulation and flexibility while decreasing pain.
Regular massage therapy sessions will help you to sooth aching muscles, assist in reducing stress, enhance your general health, enhance a sport training program, or recover from injury. Because our daily lives are typically filled with things to do, people to see and jobs that need attending to, Armory Massage Therapy aims to give you that much-needed chance to step back from the chaos in your life.
We are deeply inspired by the Earth and the teachings of Peruvian Wisdomkeepers who have generously shared their knowledge of how to live in balance with oneself, family, community, and most importantly the earth itself. For over a decade Melissa has learned from these Peruvian teachers and mentors.

Wonderful Atmosphere and the staff is so friendly. Massage was good but not deep enough at all and the pain in my neck which was the reason I made the appointment was still there, while a lot better the tightness was still present.

I got a massage there the other day and it was fabulous. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady who did my back but I will make sure when I go again, I will ask for the same person. She was amazing.

Melissa is truly the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is always willing to try new techniques and no matter what she always is able to find the areas that need the most work. I am so thankful that I started seeing her. Highly highly recommend.

My third visit which includes cupping therapy. The best results of any message ever. I have been receiving monthly messages for the past 15 years. This is the best I’ve had. Highly recommend this facility

The massage was epic! Michelle knows her stuff when it comes to sports therapy massage. She worked my legs over and then some!
A much needed 90 minute massage from my bike training this evening. I'm back in Syracuse on business so returned for a visit with Michelle here in downtown Syracuse. I decided to finally let her add in cupping. She said my anti-inflammatory, healthy, keto lifestyle is one of the key reasons why I didn't get significant broken capillary discoloration like many other people who get cupping.

Best massages of our life (and we've had quite a few!). They were different than anything we'd ever experienced and left feeling like we were floating. The techniques were unique and specific to our needs. Both Kathy and Michelle (?) were fabulous.

The therapists received the 5 stars. If it were on facilities/location only it would have been 4 stars. There are no showers or dressing area, the bathrooms are cold and sterile and some massage rooms open right into the waiting room.

But the actual therapy rooms are wonderful and they use sound machine with the music so you couldn&apos

I've never had a bad experience at Armory Massage; have had a pretty funny one actually. The last time I went I got a foot massage that helped bring feeling back to the upper part of the bottom of both feet, as I have a bit of neuropathy, and that was greatly appreciated. :-)

SO

I used Yelp to help me find a place for my boyfriend to get a professional massage since he had an athletic injury that I wasn't able to fully help him with. Not only did he say the room was uncomfortably well lit (he felt on display) but he said it was the worst massage he'd ever had, that mine were better. I thought he might be humoring me some until the nail marks showed up all around his neck. He said his masseuse seemed really sweet but inexperienced and awkward and had not bothered to clip her nails nor did she try to keep them out of the way.

I never leave bad reviews anywhere

I'm not one who often gets a massage. But after a stress-induced migraine, I booked an hour appointment. Just what the doctor ordered! Came out feeling much better with all those knots our of my shoulders and neck. I'll be going back.

Not many ppl know what osteopathic medicine is so we'll do a quick crash course before I dive into the review. It's relevant, I promise.

For the doctoring world, there are MDs and there are DOs. You might recall seeing these letters behind your doctor's name but don't really think much about it. DOs are osteopathic physicians who believe that the body is a whole and we can use the body to accelerate healing. For example if you have asthma you will be treated with the meds necessary to control your symptoms but one might also take a look at your ribs to make sure that you
