Cross Creek Apartments

So although this place is great I came here for a week with my grandma it was good but although we have being hearing noise up 3 floor but it’s great just geat anxiety sometimes of noise

Cross Creek Apartments has such an excellent staff! The property manager, Dana is very attentive to the needs of her clients.
The maintenance staff is friendly, knowledgeable and addresses their job in a timely and efficient manner. I couldn't be happier!

I've lived here about 6 months and the manager I've worked with, Dana, has been the absolute best.
She's completely on top of it, and super responsive. The facility is kept super clean with updates being routinely available to residents.
Cross Creek was recommended to me by a former resident on the basis that Dana still worked here, and I've already referred people for the same reason.

Cross Creek is AMAZING! Such a quiet area, respectful neighbors and Dana in the leasing office is wonderful and so helpful. Can't recommend it enough.

I have lived at Cross Creek Apartments for 21 years. I have never had a bad experience, that is why I like it here. A few years ago I thought I would possibly move to one of the brand new apartment buildings in Brunswick and one winter night I came home, opened my door and thought THIS is my home, it was warm and toasty.
The staff are exceptional. Damian and his crew are awesome, so pleasant and helpful. They always have a smile.
Dana is something else. She will go to the limit and above to make sure you are happy and get anything you need done ASAP. Barb is great also, she is very pleasant and

On Sunday Feb. 21,2021 I had the unfortunate experience of a flooded laundry room. Water began leaking into my Unit from a mishap on the 3rd. floor. Maintenance was notified at 1:36 pm with a follow-up call to further explain the problem at 1:57pm. Nick arrived quickly by 2:25 pm, Shop Vac in tow. After assessing the situation he went upstairs to investigate. He returned a few minuets later to explain what had happened. He was very helpful and informative. Starting on the 3rd floor he started cleaning the Units involved. Damien & Nick returned Monday morning to inspect for damage and needed repairs

I've lived here 7 years and you can't find a better crew in charge. .Dana & Barb Keep the office running smooth and are always polite when talking to. As for the the maintenance, Damian, Nick and Eric are the best. When you live at Cross Creek you're part of a large family.

Damian nick and Eric are amazing maintenance men and always quick to respond and take care of any issues that I have. all around a great bunch of guys. I am glad I live here.

I love the maintenance staff. they did an amazing job with my apt issues. they are so nice and polite and efficient. they even go the extra mile to help me get my car out in the snow because I'm pregnant.

EVERYTHING... from OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE, NEIGHBORS, clean living, very well maintained property, swimming 🏊‍♀️ in a warm POOL, apartment spaciousness... Love ❤️ my appliances!!! Dana and rest of the staff are truly amazing! Very prompt with service requests and any other things I may need (which is not very often). I’m going on 5 years of living here and love it! Just wish the workout “room” was bigger with more equipment so I didn’t have to get a gym membership. I highly recommend this complex and did a lot of research before moving back to Brunswick. This is the biggest and nicest place for the price. Thanks Cross Creek!

Came in to look at the apartment for rent, the older woman working made an audacious remark that was uncalled for. WE WILL BE RENTING ELSEWHERE!

The staff is extremely courteous! They are very knowledgeable about surrounding businesses in order to help new comers make their move a lot easier. My partner travels a lot for work, and Dana was by far the most exceptional agent we have ever dealt with. My partner and I definitely enjoy our time at the property, and I’m hoping he doesn’t receive a transfer anytime soon!

Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been taken care of quickly. The staff is always polite and professional.

This was my first apartment it has been absolutely great. Inside the suites are beautiful, the pool is always clean and never too crowded. Maintenance is always available, they replaced the refrigerator and dishwasher immediately after they both quit working. I would definitely recommend Cross Creek Apartments to anyone searching for a new home.

The units are poorly managed and maintained, and the use of cheap materials (cabinets, blinds, carpeting, etc.) speaks to it. In truth for what you pay you have a lot of better options. Everything was just falling down around me with minimal use, and the building looked dilapidated and the common entryways were literally rotting from the inside out for 2 years before they fixed it. Worse yet there is no insulation between the units, and if you're unfortunate enough to have loud neighbors, you will regret it. Hallways always smelled like cigarette smoke and people regularly left the secure

I made a deposit 3 months before I moved in. After I moved in, the heat/AC did not work. In fact, it was red tagged by the gas company. I had no heat for days. The tub drained extremely slowly, the shower rod kept falling, the toilet seat was broken, the disposal did not work at all and had to be replaced. They 'forgot' to put the vent cover on in the kitchen. There was black mold in the closet with the furnace, also in the bedroom closet and outside of it. It took them over a month to finally just come and paint over the mold. Sherry in the office said it was "clean water mold"
