The Staff is extremely rude. They don’t seem concerned with current or future residence more or less just there to collect a check. The employee to sat at the desk closest to the door. (Kim) was the worst. Her demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional, she reeked of cigarette smoke and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered in what is supposedly a professional setting . The lobby smelled like garbage and there were stains all over the carpet and furniture in the main area that needed to be addressed.
