If you know Dr. Shook, then you probably know Laurie. Besides being his wife and right-hand (wo)man, Laurie is the office manager, accounts payable, public relations manager, marketing representative, and Dr. Shook's high school sweetheart. An original member of the team, Laurie received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Since 2001, Dr. Jason Shook has been delivering sensational smiles to a whole community of patients. Dr. Shook completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. However, his educational credits don't stop there.
After graduating, Dr. Shook continued his training at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies with a focus on Occlusion, as well as additional studies at the Ross Nash Institute for Dental Learning, and Misch International Implant Institute.His extensive educational background includes continuing education at the Scottsdale Institute, Spear Education, and the Dawson Academy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never been to a dentist that was so gentle with checking my gums and other parts inside my mouth. As soon as I checked in, I was brought into the room. This is my first visit with him and I would strongly recommend him. The one thing that is a little bit of a glitch, you must pay in full for the visit, however, they do file the visit with your insurance company l, which in turn, your insurance company will send you a check for the covered charges. If you don't receive your check within a few weeks, you will contact Dr. Shook's office to assist with

Dr shook is so handsome but on top of that he is so kind. I had an implant fail and come out of my jawbone and he was so compassionate and kind to me. He explained what we needed to do and where we go forward in the future. He is my new dentist for sure!! The staff was also the best so sweet and considerate.
