Pretty disappointed in my experience here this afternoon. I came here with a couple friends and while their meal was good, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that was very disappointing. I ordered it medium and it come out overly well done, and I work in the service industry and am not one to usually complain but it was honestly not good at all. I reluctantly talked to the waitress about it and decided to wait for another burger to come out. This one came out almost just as cooked through as the first burger, totally well done again but slightly juicier so there was a small upgrade to the first burger

Fantastic and friendly service. Great location next to the Albee Rd bridge over the intracoastal waterway--you can watch the bridge go up to let the sailboats or taller sport fisher boats go through.
We shared the Tex-Mex dip with chips as an appetizer. My husband had the burger and I had the chicken avocado wrap. All were good, but our favorite was the key lime pie we split for desert. The whole thing was most enjoyable because of the our fun and attentive server. We will definitely go back if we are back in the area.

Outstanding! Make a reservation and be prepared to be entertained! Even though they were shorthanded they made every effort to get us our cocktails and food as promptly as possible. The crabmeat stuffed pretzel was amazing. The craft cocktails were good. The entrées were all reasonably priced and everyone was happy with their choice. The best part was the entertainment. Great Live music and we were on the dance floor most of the night. We will definitely return!

Was at this restaurant on Saturday 9/25/21 about 2:00pm.
Was seated by hostess and as we were sitting down we noticed an open booth over looking the water. We asked a passing waitress named Ann or Anna if we could move to sit in the open booth over looking the water.
Her response was Crapy, Snide, Arrogant and Rude. "You will have to ask the hostess!!!" It was not a conversation sentence like let me get the hostess for you since she controls the seating.
So I stood at the table for about 5 minutes and we never saw hostess again. Our WONDERFUL WAITRESS ERIN came over to take our order

We are staying at a nearby resort and arrived too early for check in so we stopped here for lunch and it did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and the location has great history! The waitress was so friendly and great with my kids. We had crab cakes, dynamite shrimp, kids fish and chips, kids chicken tenders and fries, fish tacos and seafood Po Boy. Would definitely visit again!

This was right on the water with a tiny gift shop inside. There was also a bar with 5 or so seats and a small dining room. The service was appreciated, and the menu had lots of intriguing options.
For appetizers, the seafood nachos ($12) and steamed littleneck clams ($15) were ordered. The nachos consisted of corn chips topped with grilled shrimp, scallops, lobster meat, jalapenos, Cajun spice, and a lobster sauce. This was solid except for the handful of stale corn chips. The combination of the fish with the lobster sauce made for a different type of nachos. The clams were cooked in a garlic

This little spot has great atmosphere, awesome food and outstanding service Right on the water and you can dine inside or outside The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is their pitchers of beer are higher than anyone else in the area. That is a huge no go! Will not be drinking there anytime soon

I was here on vacation this weekend, I came here twice I liked it so much! We came Friday and had there specials which was the stuffed grouper with asparagus and red snapper with rice, the fish on both were AMAZING! I would say I wasn't a huge fan of the cocktail I ordered "hurricane Irma" it was green and it tasted green... I dont know how else to put it.
We came again on Saturday and had the ceviche and crab bites appetizers both were above my expectations and we had the broiled grouper and fried red snapper fish and chips this time. Their sides are so-so, but I'd definitely

If you like crummy food, poor service and even worse management, then this is the place for you. Without their location on the water, they'd be another boarded up and closed down restaurant.
I ordered chicken and after cutting it on my plate I noticed it came out slightly pink in the middle. Not a big deal, that happens. I pointed this out and sent it back. 15 minutes later they brought out the same chicken, sliced up and overcooked.
They must have seen I was hungry however as they did leave me with my plate of vegetables to sit idly on the table, steadily getting cold as they awaited

Great little-known local restaurant located not far from Sarasota. We had a wonderful server and went on a night where there was live music and cool atmosphere The restaurant is really cool inside and has a glass floor where you can see fish and learn about the restaurant history. Around the back there is a dock where boats/water taxis can pull up to let people off. The restaurant offers two areas of outside seating and indoor seating options so there isn't ever a worry about having to wait. I ordered the dynamite and coconut shrimp as well as tasted their seafood nachos which were all delicious

We were here visit a friend who just move here from Tampa. So we meet here for lunch as he have suggested. It is good place to have food and meet. We were here at the open and the waitress was friendly to invite us into the restaurant.
The restaurant is at the inner bay with water view. We got a window seat with bay view and the draw bridge as a view. We started with seafood nachos with shrimp, bay scallops, and lobster meat. This is delicious. The second appetizer is the scallops soprano, this is the best dish with scallops in it and blue crab claws meat. Their seafood chowder should not miss

Had a tasty and fun lunch here. Water view on intercoastal just before the drawbridge to Nokomos Public Beach (walking distance). Seafood chowder was very good. Lota of seafood. Some real bacom in there. Very tasty. Seafood nachos were good and fun. Crab cakes were doughy and I wouldn't recommend, but ottherwise everyrhing was tasty and the nautical light decor, service, and water/ seabird, drawbridge, fishing views are great. You can walk across the bridge.to the beach from here. And there is probably more parking over there than at the restaurant but I think both can be tight busy season
