Our philosophy to mental health and unhealth is quite simple: we believe all people deserve to experience as much fulfillment as this life can offer. We take a holistic and collaborative approach to understanding who you are, what you want in life, and what it will take to get there. A few friends with a shared passion for helping others, and hoping to somehow change the world for vulnerable and marginalized people.
Our clinicians provide a variety of therapy approaches for individuals and groups. Therapy can be useful for addressing a wide variety of struggles, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral outbursts, grief, coping with psychotic disorders, managing Autism, and just talking through the stresses of daily life.
I have always been drawn to an understanding of others' behaviors. Or, more to the point, I have always been curious about why people do the things they do, even when they are unhealthy, ill-advised, or otherwise counter intuitive.
I have worked with diverse problems that have included mood issues, anxiety problems, stress management, anger management, relationship problems, social skills training, sexual trauma, pervasive developmental issues, ADHD, PTSD, meditation and mindfulness, and personality disorders.I have specialized training and expertise in neuropsychological assessment, including specialized diagnoses and treatment recommendations.

Helping others achieve their dreams has always been a part of my life, whether it was the dream of home ownership in my early years in real estate or the dream of health as a fitness instructor in my thirties.
And as I entered my forties and considered a future career in ministry, I felt called to pursue a life of helping others through coaching and counseling, bringing together all I had learned over the decades in my own life seeking health and wellness-physically, emotionally and spiritually.I know the healing power of working with a therapist personally.

For hundreds of years, more senior colleagues have educated less experienced professionals as they hone their skills. This long and storied tradition of training and mentorship is a valuable part of the health professions. We call it "supervision, " but more than anything else it is about development.
