When someone hurts you, cuts you off on the freeway, puts you down, or takes credit for something good you did, the anger wells up. Affects your thoughts and emotions. And when rage subsides, you look around at the mess you made and are filled with shame and guilt. If you have ever had to deal with the consequences of either losing control to anger or stuffing it down, now is the time to get help.

Learn more about anger management. You hurt the ones you love. Belittled your children. Cursed out your spouse. Lost friends. If you haven't been arrested, lost a job, or caused a car accident thanks to road rage, you are on your way. While you believe stuffing your anger only causes pain for you, it affects everyone around you.
Services
If you're struggling and feel alone or if you have lost the feelings of joy or peace, don't give in to hopelessness. Positive change is possible. Admitting you need help to achieve an improved life for you and those you love takes strength, honesty, commitment, and work. In fact, it's the opposite of weak.
My name is Dr. Lonnie Bryant, and it is my belief that life can always get better. I also believe that life can seem better, even if it isn't, if you change your perspective. But when going through tough times, it can be hard to see clearly or improve your attitude. All humans benefit from having someone to talk to - someone to help guide them - when life is hard.
If your marriage is not what you always dreamed it would be, isn't it time to change that? My name is Lonnie Bryant, and I have helped thousands of couples who believed there was "no cure" for their difficulties find renewed happiness and love in their marriage. This couple enjoys a fulfilling, loving marriage.
First, what it isn't. Life coaching is not about analyzing your past. It is not therapy - or even a watered-down version of it - and it does not involve any type of mental health diagnosis. Counseling is for those who are living at a "less than" level. Issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger get in the way of dealing with life on a normal level.
I have a very short lunch; there's just not enough time to see you, and I have to pick up the kids immediately after work. Because I don't want anything to keep you from getting the help you need, I offer online/video sessions. Online sessions take advantage of today's technology and allow you the convenience of "going to counseling" from wherever you happen to be by simply getting online with your phone, tablet, or computer.
