Arthur Properties, Inc. is a family-owned and operated property management company founded in 1968 by Paul Arthur. Through our personalized service and attention to detail, we've become one of Seymour, Indiana's premier sources for quality rental homes and home purchases. All of our properties are carefully maintained, and our staff are always close by to take care of our residents' needs.

The apartment was amazing, they were super friendly, and when I had surgery they were extremely quick to work with me. The prices are a bit high but the apartments are VERY well maintained, so it's worth it. They also allowed us to have our two cats, which was great. We moved out only because we bought a place. Otherwise, we would have been more than happy to stay.

I recently moved out after 8 years with Arthur Properties because I bought a house. Arthur Properties is, without a doubt, the best property owner I have ever rented from. If something broke, they fixed it immediately, even on Sundays if need be. All the employees are also very friendly. I highly recommend.

The units at Arthur Properties are very nice and well maintained. It has very nice accommodations per unit, and the surrounding setting is quiet and you almost forget you live in a town. I would recommend anyone to come check out Arthur Properties if looking to settle in somewhere nice in the Seymour area.

Arthur Properties has a very accommodating staff who are always easy to get a hold of. They have many unit options with various sizes, and it's easy to switch to a different one in the building if there's an opening. Any building problems I've ever had (which have been minor) were resolved quickly and easily with no hassle at all.
