Services
The application fee is $45 per lease holder and guarantor. Minors do not pay application fees. We only accept certified funds for application fees and security deposits. When you apply online, you will pay at the very end of your application. The first primary applicant pays the application fees for the other applicants or co-signers, so please plan accordingly!
How do I pay rent? We are a paperless community! Why am I not able to register? Your name and email address are required to sign up for your account. Both of these have to match what we have on file for you. If either of these are entered incorrectly you will not be able to sign up. If you wish to change your e-mail address you'll need to login with your old account and change it in the Resident Portal.

I rarely be home but when I do it's a very quiet & clean community, office staff has great communication skills overall. Only downside for me is the plumbing throughout my unit.

I've talked to the office numerous times about cars parked and abandoned. They refuse to address the issues. It's not just in my area it's all over the complex. I see it daily , cars broken down, cars without plates or expired tags. Taking up space and creating an eyesore. When my sons car was involved in a accident I received a phone call from the gals within the 1st hour saying I needed to get it towed. I guess it's OK now to park your extra vehicle or abandoned car anywhere you like. For as long as you like. My car was vandalized while parked next to one of these cars which was used for perfect

Moved in about a month ago, cleanliness when I first moved in was subpar, it smelled liked smoke and the carpet was sticky. The common areas were not clean either, dusty and cobwebs, and laundry room also smelled like smoke.
When I called to discuss the conditions, I was told that they agreed with how dirty the common area was, and they would speak to the cleaning staff, but still nothing has changed. I was also told they would send someone out to clean my carpets again, but never did.

This apartment complex has been the worst! They shut off the hot water all the time then when you call for it to be turned on it takes them at least 6 hours to turn back on. My heat wasn’t worked when I first moved in, I put a request in for it to get fixed and it still hasn’t gotten fixed and it’s negative below out with my child. Save yourself the money and time and look at other places. This place is bad. I also wrote a complain about my neighbors being abusive towards each other and nothing was done. Look at all the reviews before getting a place here.

My husband and i used to live there one of the worst apartments. Infested with bedbugs , if your apartment has bedbugs you have to pay about $500.00 for A professional to come and spray your apartment. Even though it's not your fault.also they never clean the Heater vents . the hole place place is filthy.I most not recommend this apartment..

Do not recommend. Moved in there were holes in the walls. Holes were just painted over and if you put in a maintenance request when you move in they won’t come fix it till you move out of the apartment. Had an oven in the apartment that we couldn’t even use because there wasn’t a handle on it and when you go to use it black smoke comes out of it. Again put in a maintenance request never heard back, never got fixed. They charge you a ridiculous move out fee even if it’s for work and honestly would never recommend this place unless you are very desperate. Neighbors were loud and gross and

We moved in around April. The office staff has been friendly and helpful. The only problem I’ve had is our upstairs neighbors being very loud during late hours of the night. We have made multiple reports with the office and security and it hasn’t been resolved. It has gotten to the point where they do things intentionally to irritate us and make really nasty comments about my dogs. They told us to call them when it was happening so they could record it but I’m pretty sure the neighbors would see them coming and stop. The laundry is a hit or miss- more times than not there are washers or dryers

The entire staff at the Orchard Apartments are always dedicated to helping tenants including my family. They're quick to respond to my call or email and maintenance does a wonderful job responding to and taking care of issues. All summer I took my 3 yr old swimming and the pool area and cabana they have is so relaxing and VERY clean and nice!
For the most part its been a very quiet, peaceful and comfortable place to live with my daughter. The location also is SO SO convenient. Its close to anything and everything and i love that about this place. ID def recommend living here! :) The past 2 years

After living here for five years and paying rent on time with ever one fuss and dealing with out dated amenities... paying roughly 1,000 dollars a month through the hotter months having to sleep in the living room because the AC units won't cool off the entire apartment... after all the issues we ran into we paid rent on time with no hassles. We recently moved out this last month and we were asking for our security deposit back just for them to nickel and dime it all the way down to 24 dollars and then sent the check after I cleaned out the entire apartment filled all nail holes cleaned the carpets

I have been here 5 years and the staff has always been super friendly and makes me feel right at home! They are super welcoming and easy to talk to, the apartments are close to lots of stores. The Maintenance is always quick to repair your requests and very friendly and professional. The dog park is great to give my pup a place to run and get out that extra energy.
