I love Dr. Paul Lee and his staff! I have been going to him since 2014 and They have created such a friendly Environment with in the office and it’s always a great customer experience. They are transparent with you and take great care of your teeth. They also go above and beyond for each visit! Little things matter and the office is always clean! The receptionist greets me by name and with a smile, and the hygienists and nurses always make me feel comfortable.
Dr. Lee makes me feel like I am the only patient there for the day.
I've never had a problem with the care I've received. Super recommended!

I was in Houston for work and had to get to a dentist right away for a repair and I am so lucky that I found Dr Lee and his amazing crew of workers!! They treated me with so much kindness that I wish they were in Mississippi, my hometown!! Very professional, always smiling and very accommodating.. I have been to several dental office's from the chain ones to other private practices. This by far was the best dental office I have ever been to. Before I even got there Dr. Lee called me a few days beforehand stating that he was excited and eager to meet me. That was a very nice touch.
Once I arrived, I was greeted by two ladies at the front desk who were friendly and extremely personable. Afterwards, I met with JJ, the dental Hygienist. She was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job with my dental examination. I then met with Dr. Lee, we spoke briefly and he gave me several no pressure

I recently moved to Houston and have been looking for a dentist for a while. Was pleased to finally find Dr. Lee and his hygienist Jay Jay. They both took their time to welcome me and did not rush through my appointment. I was well cared for and listened to. Jay Jay was very gentle with me and took her time to answer my questions. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush and really seemed to care about the quality of her work. I can’t tell you how hard it is to find a dental practice that takes the time to do a job well. These days it’s more common to find a practice that just tries to cram

Staff is phenomenal! I felt welcomed from the time I entered the door to the time I walked out. Dr. Lee himself called me the day before my appointment to welcome me to their clinic. He is also very thorough in coming up with the best treatment plan that works best for you. The Dental Hygienist, Ivonne, is also amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and cares about their patients. Advanced technology! 1000% recommend!!

First and foremost the dentist at this office is funny and highly qualified. Nevertheless the hygienist who worked on my teeth was so forceful that I now have spaces in between my teeth, especially my front two teeth.
I have taken care of my teeth for the past 20 years and I am utterly upset that they have been obstructed by someone who was literally only supposed to clean my teeth.

Great dental office. Very warm friendly vibe. The staff are skilled and efficient. Dr. Lee is comprehensive and top notch. Yvonne was my hygenist, and she not only did an extremely thorough job in a succinct manor, but was also very transparent. She explained everything as we went along, I couldn't have felt more confident and comfortable throughout the proceedings. Great job

Wow, this place is AMAZING! Very professional office who's goal is to provide their patients with the best experience. The staff is so friendly and inviting and also very accommodating for people like me who have crazy schedules. They have all the latest equipment! Hand-held x-ray machines (which is a MUCH more comfortable process than the traditional ones), 3-D imaging and also mouth scans that gives you a perfect visual of how your teeth are currently aligned verses how they should be. I am not a regular patient of Dr. Lee's, but he was able to assist with getting a bracket replaced for my Invisalign as my ortho doctor was unavailable. Very accommodating!

I took my 10 month old in for his first check up and Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing! From the moment we walked in until the very end they made me feel very comfortable! Megan was the hygienist that polished my sons teeth and she was amazing! She was super sweet and gentle with him! She made us both feel very comfortable while he was gettin his teeth cleaned! I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee! It was a very quick visit, too!

The billing process was smooth and accurate.

I have been visiting Dr. Paul's office for the past three years and with every visit I continue to walk away impressed with how professional and kind he and his staff are. Over the years I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes and appreciate how respectful they are of my time. I have continually recommended Dr. Paul to friends and family who all have come back to me to share how wonderful their experience was.

Love Dr. Lee's staff and service. One of the things I really appreciate is the financial consultation they offer before any major work is done. You actually get up out of the chair and visit with someone in a separate room to go over costs, insurance coverage, and a schedule for your work if it's a long term decision.
One time, I could really only afford a part of what I needed and I never felt like they were pressuring me to spend more. They were happy to perform the work I could afford and I just completed the rest in a follow-up visit. Whomever says they aren't transparent is

I've been coming to Dr. Lee since the beginning of this year, and I actually like going to the dentist. If you're looking for a good dental hygienist who is meticulous with her work, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Megan. She takes pride in her work and goes back when she has missed something. This recent visit, after thinking she was done, Megan found a copy of spots she missed after looking at my x-rays. She made sure the job was done right. Dr. Lee comes in after you're done to make sure everything is good which really shows me that he and his team really care about their patients

I have changed dentists every year before I started going to Dr. Lee's office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk greets me by name whenever I have come in for an appointment. My last hygienist that worked with me was very thorough and explained every step of routine checkup.

Great dentist! Dr. Lee is very friendly and explained everything that was going on. The hygienist and dental assistant were really nice too and I was seen immediately, no waiting around!
The receptionist staff are very efficient so the check in process was smooth and fast even though I was a new patient.
The waiting room is great - lots of magazines, water, coffee and a large TV. I like that there are TVs in the examination rooms too so that you have something to watch/listen to - made the whole process go by much faster.
