I wanted to love this practice, I really did. But it just isn't possible. They mixed up my test results, brought me into rooms that hadn't been cleaned or prepped twice, lost urine samples, had inaccurate records, and incorrectly billed for multiple services. Plus, some of the receptionists and nurses here are just not very kind, and I always felt like I was being hurried at every appointment.

I had a terrible experience with multiple receptionists here and ended up needing to cancel my appointment. I called today to see if my spouse could join at my next appointment, and instead of a simple "no" due to Covid protocols, the receptionist said, "if you even try to bring someone in that doesn't have an appointment, they will be held at the door, don't try it." I then asked to cancel my upcoming appointment due to her attitude, and she then laughed and said "gladly". If this is the service they offer before you even step foot in the office, I can't imagine how they take care of ongoing patients

Dr Patterson, is a beautiful smart compassionate doctor. Who's relatable and also upfront with what your health needs are,and what's she needs from you as a patient. She operated on me and with her thoroughness to ensure this procedure was what was best and her explanationation of the procedure, I was never worried or scared, I knew what to expect and that she was the right physician to do this operation.The team are all very professional .and I would recommend anyone to this clinic.

If you are planning to travel or move during your pregnancy I would not suggest visiting this clinic. After mentioning my departure date, the doctor forgot to put in an imaging request so when I had the last follow up prior to moving, they had to rush in a request last minute to which they couldn’t promise any openings prior to my departure despite the clinic having more than a month’s notice of my moving date. I have had to request my medical documents such as bloodwork etc, four times (written and verbal) to which my current doctor and I have yet to receive them. The receptionist mentioned

I absolutely love this practice! I've been seeing Dr. Wong, and she is so amazing and makes my husband and me very comfortable and confident. I was just seeing my general practitioner for pap smears when I got pregnant for the first time so we went in scared and unfamiliar with them but came out reassured and happy. The office has also been working well with our insurance company and have been helpful with navigating the costs, even setting up a payment plan. No issues with anything, and I'll be staying with Dr. Wong after we have the baby! I'd definitely recommend the practice to my friends and

This clinic is absolutely amazing! Dr Andersen has been incredibly informative, supportive, kind, and overall it’s been a very wonderful experience. My doctor that delivered my first had moved, so I felt nervous with a new doctor especially since I really wanted a natural experience. But I haven’t had an ounce of doubt with Dr Andersen; she has been so excited and supportive of my birthing plan. I thankful I found this clinic! I would recommend them to anyone 😌
