Wing Chun Kali System
The Wing Chun Kali System was founded in 1987 by Sifu Joseph Musse. This system is comprised of Wing Chun Kung Fu and Filipino Kali and the focus of both of these Martial Arts is pure Self Defense. The training method and teaching of this system is for the practitioner to be able to defend himself/herself effectively in case of an altercation in the streets.

The Wing Chun Kali System is broken down into two forms of Martial Arts. Each one of these has its own self-defense mentality and fighting applications. Both of these Martial Arts are extremely practical and effective for self-defense. Wing Chun Kung Fu focuses more on empty hand fighting and the Kali (Eskrima) focuses more on weapon based fighting applications.

Sifu Joseph Musse founded the Wing Chun Kali System in 1987. Sifu Musse is second generation to Grand Master Ip Man and studied directly with one of IP Man's Disciples - Sifu Duncan Leung. A man of an open mind and humble attitude, Sifu/Guru Musse has trained many people, but officially certifies few with the rank and responsibility termed "Disciple" and "Instructor."

I began my WCKS journey in 2012 after an exhaustive search for a houston based wing chun school. After researching the school, Sifu Ramon Diaz, and participating in my first week of classes, I was sold. Being an engineer, I was instantly tied to the combination of simplicity of technique and depth of theory of wing chun.
The Wing Chun Kali System is the premier Wing Chun martial arts school in the Northwest Houston, Texas area. Our martial arts school offers an extensive program, teaching practical self defense skills, for serious students from surrounding areas such as Cypress, Fairfield, Tomball, Klein, Spring, The Woodlands, and Houston.
The Wing Chun Kali System has a new school located in beautiful Aguadilla Puerto Rico. Offering convenient Schedules and Programs for you to pick from. Also we are offering programs for you if you are traveling from the different parts of the island. We have basic and intermediate classes for both Wing Chun and Kali.

Mr. Diaz is easily the best of the best martial art instructors anyone could have. He has a literal A-Z system of every art he teaches, literally. He is the best I've encountered and I've dealt with many schools over the years. He is a real blessing to anyone who wants to find a master of any of the rare arts that are left: Wing Chun, Southern Praying Mantis, and Kali. If he wasn't who I'm saying he is, I'd be the 1st to leave a review and let you know (been studying since 2002).

Yo this is some wicked stuff. If you're looking for a quality close quarters combat system, this is the place. Sifu Ramon is the most knowledgable and experienced person in terms of martial arts and life I've ever met.
I’d recommend this class for adults and kids. Whether you’re looking to learn some self defense, introduce martial arts into your life or even improve your own martial arts (whatever it may be), Sifu Ramon can help. This is definitely a “meet in a beat up room and learn some hard stuff” sort of place. 50% of the battle is you training/thinking on your own while the other

I have checked out every Wing Chun place in Houston and this is BY FAR the BEST!!! The level of knowledge here and how to apply that knowledge in both self defense and daily life is unprecedented. The Diaz family are humble yet instill self esteem. I traveled to Africa and had used the sensitivity training and awareness taught to be able to stop thieves over 30 times. The typical street thugs tactics were useless against my training and I was not successfully robbed once. Sifu Diaz will teach you more about Wing Chun and about yourself than anyone I've met. Sifu loves the art, loves his family

This guy KNOWS his art. He doesn't just teach you to fight with the strongest punches or the fastest kicks, he teaches you to fight smart and logically. He also has experience is several other arts so he's great at drawing from those experiences to enhance the use of his Wing Chun / Kali. I HIGHLY suggest this school if you're looking to really dive deep in learning to fight/defend yourself or if you just want to improve your fighting strategies. Every time I go with Sifu, it's like I'm playing a Live action chess game. Really blows your mind at some points.

Also, some

TL;DR: Very good school to learn how to deal with yourself and your life and THEN martial arts. Will surprise you, guaranteed. Come prepare to learn how to be happy first, then how to fight later.
I have been with the school for almost 3 months now. When I started my only two objectives are to get fit and maybe learn how to defend myself. During this time, I have learned more than I expected from everybody in the school. Most importantly, I learned to love and care for my body from Sifu. I realized that I have been neglecting my only valuable possession (if you really think about it) for way too

If anyone is interested in Martial Arts I would strongly suggest you look into Wing Chun Kali . Wing Chun the style Bruce Lee started out with, thought to him By Grandmaster Ip Man. It's more than just fighting and learning self defense, My wife and I taking classes from Sifu Ramon Diaz. He has a well rounded approach, Snd I've learned more about myself in his class then I ever thought possible. The spiritual and mental aspect of the art are just as important as the physical. I've found a great sense of calm while practicing Wing Chun, and it's going to become an important part of my life. I looked
