We had an amazing time at Bell Watertown and couldn’t recommend it more. It’s a modern apartment with new appliances and hardwood, conveniently located 15min away from Boston and the staff is just excellent. Thanks Karen and Lori for all your wonderful work and thoughtfulness. We’ll certainly miss you!

The apartments look nice at first but once you move in you’ll notice fixed up holes in the walls due to water leaks. The walls and floors are so thin and cheap it sounds like your neighbors are in the house with you. The staff here caters to selective people. It takes them forever to fix anything. Since I’ve moved here me and my children have been racially profiled. You don’t want to move here. I can’t wait until my year is up. You know what they say if something seems too good to be true then it usually is. This is the truth in this case!! This experience here is the worst ever for me

Sam is an excellent technician. Every time we have problems with our dryer, he comes and fixes it with a positive attitude. He also has a great personality and makes us feel at ease around him.
Lori, Karen and Dan are also very friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you all! Kim

Amazing place to live. Also, Lori is the best community manager I have ever had. Everyone at the front desk are super helpful and always there if you need anything. Overall, has been an amazing experience.

Lived at the property for 1 and 1/2 years. While the management team are lovely persons. Managing the complex seems beyond their scope. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing. They should be emptied more often than they are. Residents do not follow the policy of not leaving things in the hallways and management does not seem to enforce their policy. So you will be walking past trash, boxes, strollers, shoes, etc. The building is poorly built so you hear your neighbors on all sides. You hear people talking in the hallway walking past your door, people in the parking lot and in the dog park.

They will gladly take your money but will do NONE of what is promised. Luckily my friend got out of there safely. Maintenance requests take over a month to get fixed (for IMPORTANT things like washer/dryer problems). Mold all over the walls and windows. When maintenance came to "fix it" she was told to open a window (how is that helpful). Management doesn't care about any of the tenants or the property. Dog bags are put in the holder incorrectly (because they bought the wrong size and instead of returning the bags and getting the correct size they just shove them into the holder) and the filled

Bell Watertown is a really great place to live. I moved here from Chicago about 4 years ago, and the current management team is the best to date. They really care about the residents and taking good care of the property - encouraging community, and making necessary enhancements every year. It's quiet and a great place for people with pets!

Bell Watertown is a wonderful place to live. We moved here from Arkansas. The staff was extremely helpful with the entire move. They coordinated everything over the phone with us. We had never seen the apartment before moving, and were not disappointed.

The community offers a ton of amenities. They have a pool, grills, fire pit, club house, yoga room, gym, dog park, business center, media room, bike storage, the list goes on.

The dog park has been a major benefit. It creates great sense of community. Loving here with no friends, the dog park made me feel right at home. I met my now best friends

Ok, this is going to be a very long review, but wanted to provide as much info as possible. I don't write reviews often, but I feel I owe this place one. I moved in for about two weeks now. This is the BEST place I have rented, and I have been renting for the past 8 years.

Moving from out state was pretty stressful, but the staff at the leasing office helped me out tremendously.

I only had one day available for viewing; Bill worked with me to ensure someone will be there. I also asked if I could use their storage before my lease start since I only had two weeks to move (working

May be -0.5 just because there's no covered parking or the garage and inconvenient commute if you don't have a car.

I had lived here for 2.5 years. BEST apartment EVER!
The office staff, I don't really have an opinion on, but the maintenance staff (if it hasn't changed) they are great! I love them.
The apartment itself was lovely, clean, very quiet (neighbors are relatively very quiet, the school next door has recess but I don't mind kids playing during the day). They clean the apartment really often, I love it! I have a dog so the dog park was great for mix and mingle

We have lived here for close to a year now and this is probably the best apartment complex that I've ever lived in.

The maintenance staff responds quickly. The grounds are pretty well maintained. The units are beautiful. Close enough to downtown Boston.

My main complaint is that there is no covered parking or garages available, but that may be standard for the area, I'm not sure. It's not Shangri la, but where is?

We have been happy with our choice to live here.
