We loved the location, near to every thing (except grocery stores). The apartments are old concrete buildings, hence noise from neighbors is not an issue. Maintenance staff are usually nice and responsive, sometimes they ignore service requests then an email to Paola would get the job done. Heat and hot water are included in rent and these are never an issue after they replaced old boilers.
The new manager, staff and Paola are very nice. The old manager was a bit rude, we were initially hesitant to move to this apartment but after talking with Paola we decided to move-in and Paola always responsive
