Took my car here for a battery change fried my whole car had to get it towed to another shop to be rebuilt just for the owner (she owns the Corvette) to try and refuse to repair... the car shop that repaired my car had provided to her she did it and only accepted fault when she was threatened to be sued... know at least 5 people who she messed up their car and she is currently under a lawsuit right now from another person who had the same issue.. my coworker told me today his car was having issues after having battery replaced and turn to found out it was her that did his battery to ...my car has

I towed vehicle here on Friday morning because they were a preferred shop from my warranty. They were not skilled enough to repair my vehicle. So I arranged to tow my Jeep to the dealership and they closed over 30 minutes early costing me a third tow truck on Monday.

Outstanding customer service with Renee (I think I spelled her name wrong...my bad) at the front desk and the mechanic. Renee was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. She spoke assertive with confidence and the mechanic was fast and efficient. I always say that Customer Service keeps you coming back. I had the most awesome experience after I was quoted over $900 for the same service I save $500 all together by switching to Rogers Auto Care.I ordered my own parts and labor prices are very generous.the service was very quick and the prices are very reasonable I definitely will be returning back from my auto care needs !
