They had no idea how to work on my husband's sports car and they put his clutch on BACKWARDS! To make matters worse, we found A WRENCH IN THE ENGINE once we drove it, after hearing a terrible rattling noise from under the hood. Once we finally got them to fix it, we found other problems they caused as well! The owner is very nice and tries so hard to be helpful but with an inexperienced mechanic like COWBOY, his business will surely suffer more than prosper!

I bought a part and took it there to have it installed. Turns out the part didn't fit but instead of taking my money and taking advantage of my ignorance, the manager let me know that I don't really need the part anyway. I told him if I ever do have a problem with my car then I will most definitely bring it to them! Integrity is rare today with a lot of people. I highly recommend this shop!

Customer service is lacking and they are the most expensive place in town. I needed a new radiator and they told me they would order it for the following day. However, the next day when I showed up they still had. It ordered it and just kind of shrugged their shoulders about it. Additionally they said the radiator would be $210 and another $140 in labor...I found the radiator at Auto-zone for $130. I ended up taking my car to Fast Hands auto where they only charged $89 for labor. Fast Hands is a much cleaner/nicer shop with better customer service, quicker vehicle turn around time and lower prices

I would never recommend this shop. My son is in the military there and had several issures that needed repairs in the 18 months the vehicle was there. They replace the clutch twice and I still had to replace in when we drove it back home for the third time. The front right bearing was replaced right before we drove it home and after rotating the tires found that it was about to fall off. It was installed without tightening up the nut. My mechanic said he could see they did not have the right size socket and they used like a chisel to try and tighten it up. Total rip off.
