I enjoy the staff a lot. I have taken my 09' Jeep in 3-4 times in the past 2 years. One was a need big fix and a few small fixes. All where not related to previous visits.
They are a first come first serve, and are quick. I get my jeep back same day or the next every time except the large fix. One part needed to get perchesed.

Honestly I wouldn't even give them a star for my first and LAST experience here. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR to Pit Stop for any service. They quoted me prices by phone which the price was $187.50 for my car to have its water pumped replaced on a Friday told me to bring it Monday and its first come first serve. I dropped my car off today and the price I was quoted wasn't the price they gave me Friday they said I owed $300!!!! And I verified before I left my car with them about the price. They will rip you off quote you one price but its actually going to be higher when you pick it up! They also dont

This place is not a place I would recommend due to the fact that I took my car there for brake services and got my car back making noises of metal rubbing. So I took my car back and told them what eas going on abd they claimed they couldn't find the issue. I have taken my car back to them 4 times ans,which each time they say that they could not hear any noise and that the tech and the owner both drove my car and couls not hear anything after the fourth time when I picked it up I said I will take it somewhere else. After taking it to another shop they immediate heard the sound before even pulling

Had a bad experience with this shop. Wife took my car to get an AC check and service. AC worked when she took it in, just needed recharging. Got the car back, AC no longer worked at all, plus there was a problem with the fan. I went to the shop to complain, they denied that they had done the service. I pulled out the reciept/service order and showed it to them, they still denied they did it. Talked all the way to the manager, who looked at me and basically told me "what are you gonna do about it?"
