What a great experience from start to finish. Pleasant lady on the phone scheduled me around my needs. Greeted in the lot. Service guy was attentive and a generally fun guy. They did just what was needed and nothing more. Highly recommend this shop.

They used clip weights on my aluminum rims... and the alignment is till off Idk if it’s because they have an older machine or want but it’s still bad. wouldn’t recommend this place. But the lady at the counter was really nice!

This place was recommended by tire rack. Turns out that was not a good idea. I went in for a tire replacement and came out with new tires and damaged wheels.
Updated after owner comments (12/29/30):
As stated by the owner they did follow through with addressing the situation. My wheels have been fix to brand new status thanks to Archer. Most businesses don't follow through, however, they did.

I purchased winter tires online and had Archer Alignment mount and install them. I asked them to check the tire wear and see if it needed an alignment as well. They completed the job quickly and told me it did not need an alignment. Their honesty was appreciated. Without asking, they also placed the old tires in plastic bags so I could transport more cleanly.
I never knew they are also a complete auto repair shop, not just alignment. I had a very good experience and will be back.
