Wish I could give 0. Was stranded for an hour, called this company to come tow us. They said it’d take 60-75 minutes for them to get to us. Waited 75 min then called to see where they were to which they replied, going to be heading there soon. Waited another 45 min so we canceled the service and found a more reliable place! Would not recommend this place.

Slow service. No comunication. No follow through. Pretty sure I was being lied to the entire time. Dispatcher seemed intoxicated. Tow delivered ~3 hrs later than expected. Driver was nice but seems to be the ace up their sleeve as other reviewers already mentioned him

My wife came for a C-section and I locked the keys in the car before we got our things out. We panicked, called four places, got a lot of runaround....then it was suggested we call Tri-State Towing. So I call, and Aaron was out there in barely ten minutes. Car was open within a minute or so of arriving. Super fast, super professional, best lockout service I ever had. Cannot come more highly recommended. Avoided getting chewed out by my wife thanks to them!

The driver, Aaron, came to me in the parking lot where my car died. He did a super fast battery change and got me back on the road. Their roadside assistance is unmatched in DeKalb, no other companies offer such a wide variety of roadside services. I always call Tri State when I know it can be fixed without the long wait at a garage!
