I love their food but last night their customer service was disgusting... I order ever 100$ worth of food through Uber eats. I was not getting any update to the time etc... I contacted the restaurant to see if they sent my food out yet and I was told, " ohh we forgot to put your ticket up and didn't make the food, so the Uber eats driver left" this was after over an hour of waiting and reaching 9pm. 16 dollars for beef fried rice and I had 5 pieces of meet the rice was undercooked . Instead of giving me xtra meat and I'll pay for it. They were like I'll take it off . This was my last straw. I've been going to Kiko's for a few years now, even after they were closed for a failed inspection. I wanted to keep giving them chances because they have semi decent rolls and it's the closest sushi spot to me. But not anymore!!! I ended up getting sick from their mango tango roll. The fish was bad, just wasn't fresh at all and I ended up having an upset stomach and you know the rest all day the next day. Couldn't even bring myself to eat again from being nauseous. I have made a vow to never order there again.

Been coming here over 10 years and was once my favorite sushi spot until today. Ordered my normal sushi and fried rice combo which was great. My wife and daughter decided to order some Ramen which they absolutely hated. Told my server and she said she needed to speak to the manager.. moments later I'm told they would not switch their dish but can only offer 50% off the food. I asked to speak to the manager who only regurgitated the same message to me. It's really disappointing to see what's become of a restaurant I truly enjoyed but clearly is not the same place I was a patron at. And judging by

I'm very disappointed with this place. I am currently standing in the entry way after placing an order for pick up on Uber eats and driving 45 mins to pick up the food. I arrived after receiving the notification that my food is ready and the woman working told me that my food isn't ready and that their tablet "does this sometimes". Not an apology or anything. They asked if I could wait 10 mins for them to prepare the food and that's it, I don't know if this food will be good or not, but the lack of any accountability, or even an apology for my time is unacceptable

I have been going here for over 1O years and have never had any complaints until tonight. I ordered my food Over the phone for pickup. I ordered a sushi roll, soup and fried rice. My sushi roll was made with seaweed instead of soy paper as requested, due to the fact that I am allergic to seaweed. I did not check my order until I got home and when I called to advise of the issue, restaurant would not take the roll back or even remake my roll, even with me offering to drive back. Not only did the food take over 45 minutes to come, when we called they said the driver took out several orders… but the chef specialty aka more expensive sushi rolls are not what the menu describes. Our $150+ order made it directly to the trash. I don’t see Avocado on any of these specialty Rolls, that look/taste like a $8 Publix roll.
My wife’s dish and the salmon my 4 year old daughter wanted also joined the trash bin. I hate bashing businesses and understand most people don’t

Buyer beware . I have no idea how this place is in business . Food was inedible we threw an entire $150 order in the trash after it arrived 1 hour late (2 hours after we placed order and a confirmed 55 minutes after it left the restaurant in their delivery vehicle). Hot food arrived cold and cold food (including sushi) arrived warm.
Sushi rolls were not made with the ingredients described on the menu. everything was packaged horrible for to go(all sauces leaked out of the regular box style styrofoam to go containers and was flooded in the bottom of the plastic to go bag upon arrival. The "

We came here for dinner on a Thursday night and the place was alright. Not bad. Not great. Location was nice - restaurant looked really pretty and romantic. The beer was buy one get one free which was pretty great and we definitely took advantage of it.
But the sushi was actually pretty small portions (or maybe I eat too much). We ordered 4 rolls - classic rolls. 2 JB tempura, one JB and one spicy tuna. The rolls were falling apart and mostly rice. I have definitely had better sushi elsewhere.
So overall - I wouldn't come back. But it was a great night out either way. Got to have 2 beers

If i could give this restaurant 10 stars i would. Everything was good and i mean everything. The ambiance is excellent, the service is exceptional, and the food, well the food is FANTASTIC! This is a must place for thai food and sushi. Omg the food was so tasty I cannot begin to tell you guys, you all need to try this place. I have been eating from various restaurants throughout Florida and the States and this is one of the Best by far.

Food is amazing and the staff is lovely especially Vanessa! The restaurant is very pleasant never too loud. The food is fresh and flavorful. They also have happy hour 2 regular sushi rolls for $10 or 2 specialty rolls for $20 (BOTH GREAT DEALS) also beer is 2 for 1 happy hour is 4pm to 7pm. Reasonable prices even a full bar. Highly recommend!

First time trying this place. We ordered two sushi rolls, combo fried rice, ramen, dumplings. everything was great. Ordered the kamikaze roll and another roll, can't remember the name, but it had spicy seared salmon on top. It was delicious! Also had margaritas - very strong. Returned a week later and suggested the fried rice to a friend - she enjoyed. Ordered the spicy salmon roll again and also tried the crab Rangoon very good. Will make this a regular.

My husband and I stumbled across this placce one day when we were in the Fountains. The inside is large yet welcoming and comfortable. The lighting is slightly dim which makes it extremely relaxing.They ended up having happy hour which was 2 regular rolls for $10 or 2 specialty rolls for $20 (both great deals) also 2 for 1 on some beers and liquor. We had veggie spring rolls to start and they were crisp outside and the sauce that came with them was extremely flavorful. The potstickers were meh. The sushi roll was small for the price, it was a 10 piece but really like a 6 piece with each slice cut in half. The menu descriptions are incorrect as per my conversation with my server, When I asked why the pictures in the menu looked different than the written descriptions she said, "the menu is full of typos". The service was slow and our server disappeared after our rolls hit the table.
The one cool thing is if you order the magic roll

Yum yum yum! KIKO is a fabulous place if you are looking for atmosphere, great food, and affordable prices. Located the Fountain Shops, it is a convenient location if you are shopping at Broward Mall, or looking for a meeting place in between Ft Lauderdale and the suburbs south. Especially since this area has a whole lot of chains, it's nice to find a local gem.

What a great experience. We went for a sushi making class.
It was lots of fun and we got to taste many different kinds of sushi.
The class was more of a rolling class. We learned about how the rice is made, but we didn't actually cook the rice. It was already prepared for us. We did learn the technique of how to roll. And then also how to properly use the knife for cutting.
After we practiced and rolled our own rolls we were treated to a huge assortment of sushi and sashimi. As an added bonus we were also treated to a very special saki.

So it's been a long time since we've been to Kiko, and I'm talking at least over a year, however one of my friends suggested it since we were in the area, and I'm glad she did.
One of my favorite things here was their Kiko Lido, which was their Tuna Tacos which was amazing the first couple of time and then it seemed to be a hit or miss. I started to feel like a junkie trying to find that chasing that high, every time I ordered it.
