Taco Fresh

We had Taco Fresh booked for several weeks for an event today between 4-8pm. At 6pm, after 2 hours of attempting to reach them over the phone, we finally spoke to Alex who simply said, "Oh, I forgot". The last time we used this food truck they were over an hour late (without a call to let us know). When I voiced my frustration, Alex simply hung up the phone. Beyond rude. THIS FOOD TRUCK IS UNRELIABLE and needs a huge lesson in customer service. DO NOT USE THEM, unless of course you like Russian Roulette.

Just Decided to No-Show! Reserve the taco truck for our show the Bonfire Party 30 days in advance even called to confirm. Then the day of the show they just did not show up tried calling and texting no response even to this day. Very unprofessional! And 300 people to feed.

So fresh so good - Tacos.... And they are on a truck...

This food truck was scheduled to come to my job and employees were able to buy at their leisure what they wanted. They did a great job arriving on time and setting up.

I ordered shrimp tacos that came with a few chips. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The portion size is on the smaller side and I would recommend getting a couple of things.

The employees were great with preparing and giving food orders in a timely manner. More than 100 employees ordered food from them while they came to my work. Everyone liked the different

Horrible. 1st of all the phone number on their truck is some guy's phone number in Coral Springs. 2nd he was supposed to come out to our company and he was a no show. No call nothing. Don't bother with this truck

Saw multiple roaches crawling in the kitchen.

Then had multiple employees find roaches in their food. Three to be exact. Yea, no thanks.

The Burrito was good but right after i went towards the food truck and saw a cockroach outbreak inside! Then my friend opened his tray and saw on in his tacos. Health Grade...F

Delicious and fresh! They offer with beans/salsa/guacamole, and cilantro. These are the marinated Chicken on Corn tortillas with just cheese. Worth the meal, for sure!!

I ordered the Al Pastor Burrito from Taco Fresh. Was fantastic and had a very quality/authentic flavor. They had friendly staff and were accommodating to others' specific requests. Would definitely recommend them.

Horrible business and customer service. If you plan on booking them for an event, please look else where; they will not show up.

I found Taco Fresh (the bright green truck) at the Miami Beach food truck night. I have been there several times, and the food is excellent. The staff is friendly. Tonight I had their El Gordo burrito, with marinated carne asado.

It comes with a side of chips and salsa. Very good, very filling. They also make tacos and quesadillas and other treats. I've always been very happy with their food.

Look for the bright green truck.

One night it started to rain, and they let me hide under their shelter while I ate. Nice people serving good food!

Tonight at the Magic City Casino Food Truck Invasion I had a steak taco and a carnitas taco. The steak was cold and tough, but the carnitas were tasty and tender, despite being a little cold and greasy. I wouldn't say it's worth the money, ($4 per taco) since neither taco had any real flavor to them, but maybe I caught them on an 'off' night.

I attempted to book Taco Fresh for an event, and was sorely disappointed in the lack of professionalism I experienced.
After confirming with me from my initial booking inquiry, Alex said that he would be able to confirm and meet me on location at the time requested. He also confirmed day-of that he would be on site prior to the requested time- 5PM.
After that- I didn't hear a word. 5:30 hit and my call to him was blatantly ignore multiple times. I simply texted to let him know that it was ok if he was late, but my concern was that he would no-show and could he please let me know, because

I went to Heritage Park on Tuesday to see what Taco Fresh was all about. Excellent customer service. I ordered the Pirata taco and the Pollo a la Parilla taco. I'm not much of a steak fan, but if you enjoy a steak taco than I highly recommend the Pirata. Both tacos were made fresh with plenty of meat in them and the guacamole was simple delicious! I will be coming back for the Pollo a la Parilla tacos!

Just met them for the first time and I gotta say nice truck. Food presentation was on point. Guys are great !!!!! So when there in town come get your dose o of vitamin T!!!!!!

This review is based on their food truck and I'm going to keep it brief: NOT MEXICAN, NOT AUTHENTIC! You know those fried fish sticks you buy in the frozen section at publix? That's exactly what the fish taco was. Absolutely no flavor. $4 per taco. Do not waste your money or traumatize your palette.

Stopped here for a bite after leaving the III Points festival.. the exit for the festival was right where all of the Second Saturdays food trucks were parked, so we had our pick of tasty food truck treats!

We lucked out by stopping at this truck! We opted to share a fish burrito, medium spice. It was prepared fairly quickly given the crowds. When it arrived, it was HUGE and contained quite a lot of lightly fried fish, fresh napa cabbage and avocado wrapped in a flour tortilla. The owner / manager type guy taking orders had asked if we wanted it cut in two, and when the line cook gave it to us

I asked what their best selling item was, and was directed to the shrimp tacos with cilantro lime sauce. YUM!

I was impressed by the corn tortillas--so fresh. The sauce was nice and light. At $4 each, these are a bargain.

The salsa verde was good but not necessary. Still glad I got it!

My only regret is that I didn't get more.

Taco Fresh. Yes. I am a fan indeed. Stopped here for the truck rally at Arts Park in Young Circle. We ordered to a super carne asada taco. For $5, it's the perfect right price to share with someone for tasting so your are able to check out other trucks around. The taste is definitely on point as I almost forgot to share with Acelyn B. Pretty sure we were on a 70-30 split in my favor. Sorry. Not sorry. If this is the only truck serving, it definitely has my visit for a full meal. Gahhhh. I'm drooling.

Mark A. & I shared a super carne asada taco. Served hot, cheesy bottom along the tortilla, meaty, and topped with pico and guac. We only shared one because we had already shared a sandwich from a neighboring vendor at a food truck rally, but I recommend ordering at least 2 as your entree.

The chef/owner was really friendly too. As we were waiting to order, he greeted us and let us know that the girl taking orders would be right with us. I liked that he took the quick amount of time out of cooking to make sure his customers were not being ignored.

My friend and I had the Carne Asada Tacos which were very good. The meat was well seasoned & reasonably tender. The corn tortilla made the taco. The guacamole that topped the meat was fresh. We had ours with extra cilantro. The hot sauces were awesomely hot. I recommend this truck -solid food & good service.

This truck has been making its rounds in North palm beach as of late so PBC be on the look out.

I can say this. They try. They really do. But trying doesn't justify an A-OK rating. Because honestly I've experienced much better in the way of tacos.
