I am rating the experience I had with this agency as a buyer when this agency represented the seller.
I would have thought that as the seller’s agent, it would have been certain the that seller had the house empty of all belongings and furniture and projects completed that were to be finished prior to closing per the offer to purchase.Your agency did not come to the walk through or to the closing itself. This resulted in complete chaos at the closing.
When I sold my house, my agent checked in with us to make sure we were ready to close and also attended the closing. Surprisingly, this resulted
