I would not recommend at all! They did not listen to me and I felt like I was taken advantage of as I was a first time home buyer. My relator seemed to care more about the sellers than me (the buyer). The whole process from putting in the offer to the closing seemed shady and it never felt like they were on my side. I advise you to stay clear! The only people giving them good rating are the ones that benefit from it. Isn't it suspicious that all of a sudden they start having good ratings after mine? Just please do your research and go somewhere else.

Working with Coleman Realty is and was enjoyable. Ms. Coleman and her staff did an awesome job helping my family selling and buying their homes. I met Ms. Coleman about 15+ years ago, my husband and I were looking for our first home. She was professional and helpful. We had never purchased a home or did not know where to start. Can't say enough about Matt and Stan at Coleman Real Estate and how they go the extra mile for their clients. Any questions I have ever had about real estate, the market and home buying in general was answered honestly and they replied very quickly. The people they work with, lawyers and brokers, have your best interests in mind as well. This company actually makes the home buying experience enjoyable when it could be stressful for many.
Not sure how someone could have given them a 1 star review but my guess is buyers remorse? There is no doubt they have tried to remedy any issues that have developed
