Great service! We need an areal image with hawaii drone imaging for our specialized Kakaako to Ala Moana area. He allowed me to tag along to see him capture all the great images, so I could request exactly what I needed. Friendly, flexible, professional, punctual, attention to details, good coomunication, great value for what he provides. Absolutely 5 plus stars!

I work at the University of Hawaii and we got some pictures of our campus done. They were able to help us out with short notice and we got exactly what we asked for. There was a slight misunderstanding on our part as far the communication of where the best images of what we wanted can be taken, but we were able to work things out in person. If you have time to meet with them and walk them through exactly what you want, you'll be satisfied. I would give them 5 stars if this was only based off of the images we received.

I had a project of adding photos to my company property websites. Speaking and planning with photographer is never a fun task; however, Francescco changed my mind. He was incredibly professional and quick to respond with every request. He also provided drone aerial photo suggestions and looked up our apartment online prior to giving a quote and signing the contract. Francescco went the extra mile. I live in New York, recently visited Honolulu for a family reunion. We were looking for an aerial photographer who could take some memorable shots of our beach event, and found Hawaii Drone Videos online. We called at the last moment. They answered the phone promptly and gave us a fair price, and they took our booking with only two days’ notice.
We were very happy with the result. The Italian guy who operated the drone was friendly and very knowledgeable of the equipment and regulations. I highly recommend their service.
