No stars at all! Negative stars. But you have to give one star just to be able to publish this review. This agency should be shut down. My client, who needed home health aid and LPN services has had nothing but bad experiences with Healthcare Stat. Their HHAs are entirely unprofessional and unreliable. One substitute LPN did not show up and did not call the patient to notify him of her absence. The people in the office told me they had no record of that LPN being sent to my client's home. They could not identify the woman who has spent 5 days in my client's home. The LPN did not bring gloves with
