Usually I have a good experience, but today I called to get some information on an appointment I have. The woman first puts me on hold (which was okay), but hangs up. Didn't think nothing of it. Till I call back 3 times and she hangs up on me each time and when she finally answers she is RUDE!!!!!! Would not recommend calling this place

I had a tooth that had a large old filling it. I had to have the tooth fixed as a new cavity existed. The Dentist had trouble fixing the tooth as it was on the upper top left hand side. He couldn't get the spacing right between the teeth as I have
smaller mouth. After a few attempts, he said, 'this will have to be good enough' and I was told that I would probably get food stuck in there. One year later, I am still using little wire brush tools to get food out of that space 2-5 times a day. Dental floss does not work. And yes, it does hurt, even the gum will bleed on occasion. Great dentists, great support staff at the front desk, easy scheduling, and fair prices. All wonderful. But I have to say something extra special about the hygienists (of which I've only met one). Today I went to the dentist. Haven’t been there in six months. The last time I was there my hygienist, Teresa, and I talked about our love of books. We have similar taste. Today she brought me a book that she loved and told me to keep it. It was such a sweet gesture. Eagle Lake Family Dentistry came highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. Like many people, I am uncomfortable in the dentist or doctor's office- but I have never felt more comfortable or at ease in such an environment. Everyone I have interacted with has been so sweet and helpful and thorough in my two visits and I am SO GLAD I found the perfect dentist office! I highly recommend this place!

I've been going to Eagle Lake Family Dentistry for well over 20 years. All the staff are very friendly, professional and caring. They have state of the art equipment and everyone is highly trained and skilled. The Hygienist and Dentist truly listen to any concerns you may have and thoroughly discuss your options so you can make an informed decision. The customer service is outstanding and everyone talks with you. I recommend this dental office every time I have the opportunity.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate the dentists and staff at Eagle Lake Dental. Our family has been clients for years and will continue into the future. Reason? Family friendly, caring, encouraging, genuine, and supportive. I have personally witnessed the comfort and kindness shown by ALL the dentists making it hard to almost impossible to choose a favorite (they are all great).
