Since I was 10 years old when Doctor Albert floor came to New Richland, in about 1948, I have been having my teeth taken care of by the floor family. After all of these years and at the age of 83, I now have Doctor Tim floor as my dentist in Waseca. After all this time I have all of my original teeth and they are really doing fine. They have taken good care of me over all these years. It is always a fun time to make my visit with them twice a year. Everyone at that dental office is just absolutely outstanding.

I called to try to get help for my daughter who has a painful wisdom tooth. They said that they had already referred her for surgery months ago. When I tried to explain that I couldn't afford the surgeon's fees, the gal basically told me that they couldn't help me. I have been a patient of Dr. Flor for over 30 years. I have never been treated so rudely in all that time. It's obviously that the new management doesn't care. Stay away from this place.
